  Giving this company a 1 just because they did show up. Their work was horrible. Tech messed up our AC system more then what was already present. Diagnosed a surge protector as being faulty even though it was not getting power from another source. Left our home with more problems then were present before he got there. His work only increased the mess that we already had. Will have to seek another more professional company. Felt like it was a scam.

  Everytime we ran the clothes washer, the kitchen sink would back fill, sometimes the bathroom sinks would also back fill. I rented a snake from Home Depot for $80 and broke through the blockage. A week later the slow drainging was back. I went through the web site at Milestone and scheduled an appointment for the same day. The tech showed up an hour later. He asked a lot of questions, looked around a fair bit to find all the cleanouts and main drain. He used his equipment to clean out the hard grease blockage, sent a cammera down the line to make sure all of the blockage had been moved out of the line. He reviewed the footage with me. He clean everything up and was out of the house in just over an hour. It was a very plesant surprise that they only charged me the standard drain clearing fee ($93.00). If we have any additional plumbing issues I will use Milestone plumbing again.

  Darcy from Milestone Electric was thorough, polite, and patient from start to finish. He broke everything down in terms I could understand…which I especially appreciated since being in my 70s has taught me that getting older is not for the faint of heart. He explained my options clearly, along with the estimated cost of each individual job and the total for each one. I asked him to explain it like he was telling his grandma, especially when it came to how each job related to my safety, and he handled that beautifully. His actual grandma would be proud! I never felt rushed or talked down to… like SOME people with knowledge of electricity do…and he made sure I understood what needed to be done and why, which gave me a lot of confidence moving forward. Actual work begins tomorrow, and thanks to Darcy, I feel prepared instead of confused … which, at my age, counts as a small miracle. I will review the actual work once it’s completed.
