  The service here with milestone was great. I was a little skeptical. At first they quoted me a price came out on time updated me with time of arrival Jonathan the check technician was awesome. He fixed my problem very quickly and informed me with good information and the price was very fair and reasonable. I would recommend this company to anybody having some plumbing issues they had to fix my kitchen sink was clogged up and they had to snake it. Great job thank you, Jonathan.

  I cannot say enough wonderful things about Milestone and the entire team that was assigned to our job which included - Salesperson Jeremy, Abel Lomas, Alvaro Martinez, Angel Moreno, Valente Salas, Alejandro DeLaRosa, Brayden Fisher and Juan Toral. They installed two entire brand-new HVAC systems for our 2-story home along with completely new ductwork, and the entire experience was exceptional from beginning to end. The team was professional, knowledgeable, hardworking, courteous, and incredibly thorough. They took the time to do everything properly and treated our home with the utmost care. You could tell they genuinely took pride in their work, and the quality of the installation is outstanding. When the salesperson came to give us a quote on our job, he said that they have a culture of going above and beyond than what is expected and that was clearly evident in this team! Having two complete HVAC systems and new ductwork installed is a major project, but they made the entire process feel smooth and stress-free. Every member of the team was respectful, helpful, and pleasant to work with. If you are looking for an HVAC company you can trust, I highly recommend Milestone without any hesitation. Excellent workmanship, exceptional customer service, and a team that genuinely goes the extra “Mile-stone” has it all. They have definitely earned my business and my highest recommendation!

  I"m pretty done with this outfit. We had some plumbing work done earlier this year. At the time, I set up an annual membership, figured we would use other services - and 'this would pay for itself'. Just had our free annual A/C check yesterday. It was comprehensive, and I was shown a number of pictures, and given some estimates. One shown to me was a wire that was 'arced'. The fee quoted was over $300 to repair this, but it was noted it was still working. After I said no, I could do that, hours later the A/C unit stopped working. It may be a coincidence, but I'm done for two reasons. I reparied the issue myself after buying two connectors for (10 for $5). I was able to replace the damaged wire / connectors and we were good to go. Sure, it would have taken me longer to diagnose this issue, but if it was working before the check, was it really that close to failure? It could be - but the reall question is - how could that possibly cost over $300 to repair. I'm done, done, done. Goodbye.... Never coming back... Also, an earlier water heater est. was $1000 plus other estimates I got from other outfits.

  I would strongly recommend staying away from this company. After giving them multiple opportunities, we consistently felt their priority was charging as much as possible rather than taking care of their customers. Most recently, Milestone told us a clogged sink was so significant they would need to go into the wall, potentially costing thousands. Thankfully, we got a second opinion from Reeves Plumbing, who unclogged it with no issue for $150. In the same visit, Milestone quoted us $700 to install a $200 toilet. Reeves installed the exact same toilet for $185. Unfortunately, we had already trusted Milestone with a larger project and paid over $9,000 for a tankless water heater installation. Their salesperson failed to properly measure and assess the space beforehand, turning what should have been a straightforward installation into an incredibly frustrating experience and they had to come back twice to fix it. We were guaranteed a "master plumber" for this price and it was not the case. After repeatedly receiving quotes far above competitors and recommendations for expensive work that proved unnecessary, we will never use Milestone again. Get a second opinion before agreeing to any work or quote from them.

  I’m very disappointed with the lack of transparency around the pricing and repair performed by Milestone. My AC stopped working because of a clogged condensate drain line. After diagnosing the problem, I was quoted $401 for the repair. Before agreeing to it, I asked the technician multiple times exactly what he was going to do for the $401. Instead of explaining the actual repair, I was repeatedly told that he wouldn’t know exactly what needed to be done until he got into it. The way the work was described made it sound like the drainage system needed extensive cleaning and that the job could potentially take more than two hours. The actual repair turned out to be much simpler. The technician cut/opened a section of the PVC condensate drain pipe, used nitrogen to blow out the clog, and glued the PVC back together. He even took before-and-after videos of the drain line. No major AC component was replaced. He did spend time inspecting other parts of my HVAC system, which I acknowledge and appreciate, but those inspections were not the repair I was paying $401 to have completed. For the actual PVC/drain-line work performed, I do not believe $401 was a reasonable value. What bothers me most is that I specifically tried to understand the scope before authorizing the charge. Had the technician simply told me, “I’m going to cut into this PVC line, blow the clog out with nitrogen, and glue it back together,” I could have made an informed decision about whether that service was worth $401 to me. The AC is working again, and I appreciate that the problem was resolved. However, customers deserve clear information about the work they are approving before being charged, particularly when the repair costs several hundred dollars. My frustration is less about the diagnosis and more about being unable to get a straightforward explanation of the repair despite asking several times.
