  We had a great experience with the AC technicians from Milestone Electric. They were professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to thoroughly inspect and service our air conditioning unit. They explained everything that needed attention, added the refrigerant, and made sure we understood what they were doing. What we appreciated most was that they didn't just fix the immediate issue—they also gave us helpful advice on ways to keep our home cooler, including adding more insulation and other energy-saving suggestions. They were honest, courteous, and never made us feel pressured. We highly recommend Milestone Electric and their excellent technicians!

  A few days after Milestone replaced the drain pan on one of our AC units the thermostat on the unit went out. Will Menzies quickly determined that the level of the drain pan needed to be adjusted because water backed up and triggered the overflow sensor. He made the repair in no time. Can’t say enough about Will and the quality of his work

  I fell for the membership nonsense. Had an AC tech come to my house for a leak, quoted me $25,000 for a new air conditioner. Never attempted to clear the drain, which is why I bought the membership and called. I spent $19 on a plumber snake on Amazon, fixed, no more leak. I'll do it myself instead of depending on the "Professionals". I wish I had a better experience, but it is what it is. Thanks for nothing.

  They take freaking long to fix a damn ac we schedule a appointment Wednesday appointment was between 2:30pm-5:30pm the guy came very late almost at 7 he came checked it out & said it he can’t do anything about it because it was 9:50pm and he needed to order a piece to get it fixed he said he would be back the next day, he came back and said it was something else, and that he needed to order something else. We are currently with a not working ac for a whole week because they can’t do anything about it until the piece comes in. Not even them offering a temporary freaking portable air conditioning. My husband had to ask around to see if they can let us borrow one meanwhile. 😡

  We had Trey come out to install several new electrical outlets in our home. A couple of the installations were more challenging because we wanted outlets hidden behind a picture frame TV and another mounted above our fireplace mantel for a wall-mounted TV. Trey did an outstanding job. His craftsmanship, attention to detail, and professionalism were evident throughout the entire project. We’re extremely pleased with the results and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone needing electrical work.
