I am a new homeowner and noticed some concerns with my foundation. I was nervous contacting anyone to come out because I have no knowledge on foundations and did not want someone to persuade me that I need repairs when/if I don’t. Gary F came out and he was outstanding from start to finish. He answered all my questions and provided me guidance on how to maintain my foundation. His integrity was a breath of fresh air and I am so grateful for his help. This experience has made me realize there are still people in this world that truly take pride in what they do. If you call them and ask about the previous inspection they have "no idea, that's on the service side" and they say they'll have them call you. They did five star work for me but now I call them every week to schedule new work and every single time I call them they say I can't schedule it now but I'll call you back and never call back. 😢 Three times they said this and it's been like 2 months
