  We had a lot of quote for a whole house replumb. Cody & Sons was best in price, and when it came time for the work Caleb was great. It was not an easy job but he got it done in a week and was communicative throughout the whole project. It’s also great that they are locally owned and operated. So many of the other companies that gave us quote were “sister companies”.

  I'm giving 5 stars because Andrew did a marvelous job. He was knowledgeable, courteous, helpful and efficient. Sincerely, the service was great, and Andrew told me exactly what was needed, and helped keep the cost as low as possible. HOWEVER. I'd be remissed if I didn't say I wasn't a little offended and frustrated by the AI bot that scheduled my service. First, it was a little insulting to go through the silly feedback loop with a bot who pretended to be real. Then, it turns out the bot scheduled me during a time that the technician was not actually available. I had to reorganize my day to accommodate the shift in time. This wouldn't be a problem if they didn't allow their answering machine to schedule appointments. Cody & Sons is a nice family owned business, but if anything is hurting them right now, it's their silly bot scheduling system.

  Had HVAC Maintenace and areas for improvement evaluation. Zach was thorough, educated me on findings and recommendations to optimize my system in function and lifespan. Additionally he addressed quotes and recommendations I wanted for effective clean air solutions. I like this company due to professionalism, quality, budget conscious, and friendliness.

  5/5 Stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently had Chance from Cody and Sons out to my home for an HVAC systems check as part of my VIP service plan, and I couldn't be more impressed! Chance was an absolute professional from start to finish. He is a phenomenal communicator who took the time to clearly explain everything he was doing during the inspection/maintenance. During the check, he took care of a filter change and thoroughly cleaned the coils on the outside compressor. He broke down exactly what the minor issues were, how these steps would resolve them, and gave me a great overview of how my system is set up. Beyond his technical expertise, Chance was incredibly fair, polite, and just a genuine, great gentleman. It is so refreshing to receive such honest and uplifting service. Highly recommend Chance and the team at Cody and Sons!

  Mike went above and beyond. With a keen eye he saw a problem likely related to the initial one. Unfortunately, it is a broken pipe through the drainage pan. He will get back to us about the repair that will be, hoping he can find a replacement pan to fit our 5-6 year old equipment.
