Called to ask if they sold any siding and was rudely clicked on! Bad customer service! Lost a potential loyal customer!

Unbelievably beautiful custom cabinets for home builders in public.

Our builder used this company for our "custom" cabinets. They have been a nightmare. I would not recommend them to do any work. You will not get what you are paying for. The cabinet installation is not quality. They use a putty to fill in the seams between the cabinets that never hardens and constantly comes off on your hands or clothes. The edges are not straight and if you have painted cabinets they will not give or sell you paint for touch ups. Nail holes never get completely covered. I could go on and on about the poor quality of these cabinets. They arrived to repair certain items on several occasions without the correct material and then had to reschedule. Today was a scheduled time and a no-show. This appointment was scheduled by a manager. When I called to check on where they were -- we were told that we weren't on the schedule and they had an opening 8 days from now. Spoke to a different manager and were immediately told that they would have someone here in an hour. Amazing. We will see if they bring the correct materials. I would never use them for anything again. We are not the only homeowner unhappy with their work in our development.
