  We had been looking at replacing a large portion of our driveway in the back of our home, but we were worried because of a two inch concrete topper that a prior owner had installed to hide some unknown problem. The topper was on the portion of the driveway being demolished as well as the porte cochere floor that was slab and adjacent to the portion being replaced. Anderson's crew carefully removed the topper from the slab portion where we found a post tension cable that had been hidden by the topper, and then they demolished and replaced the driveway with a much bigger area of 32'x56' that now doubles as a sports court. Additionally, they put in a large footer for a very heavy basketball goal. We wanted it to not hold water but still be very flat, so they added a slight slope of only one inch over 32', so now it drains well with with minimal pooling. We are now enjoying pickleball and basketball on our new concrete. I highly recommend the Anderson team. Special thanks to Pam Thompson, Cory Henneberg and Matt Singel.

  I have used Anderson Paving for over 15 years and they are always my first call when developing a scope of work. Pam and Stacy have never disappointed me. Pricing is competitive, they have always stood behind their work and never thought twice about correcting any issues that might come up. I have in excess of 15M square feet of industrial / distribution space with high tractor/trailer traffic in my portfolio and with it comes A LOT of concrete. They work well with my tenants ensuring the logistics operations are minimally impacted, in fact, I cannot remember a time when a tenant did not praise Anderson for being so easy to work with. Great company, great customer service, competitive pricing, unsurpassed quality of work.

  Anderson Paving has done parking lot base repair and asphalt overlay at 3 of my properties now and it has been a VERY professional and highly communicative experience working with them! They are quick start, detailed and responsive during the project, and great at finishing up/checking the final product. We are already scheduling them for more work to get done! Shout out to David and Derryl for adding value to our property and giving our tenants range to park!
