  We have patio drains at the back of the house that always backed up after a rain for over a year. The recent heavy rains flooded our patio. I called the Houston Plumbing Company and the sent a tech the same day, even though it wasnt an emergency. They sent their tech Donell Dunlop, and he arrived early! This company has great communication as I received a text with Donell's contact info and a brief bio about him. The text link also showed his driving progress to the appointment , which is fantastic! I spoke with Donell briefly about the storm drain issue and he walked right over to the spot where he thought it might be, by the curb near the street, out front of our house. Donnell used a metal probe and poked the ground a few times and he found the pipe. He pulled back the grass and there it was. The grass had grown over the "pop-up" drain not allowing the 4" water drain line to empty. He pulled off the cap of the "pop-up" and water gushed out of the pipe down the curb. Water drained quickly down the street for a long time. Donnell didnt have to put a camera in the line so the service he provided was "on the house", no charge. Wow! What a great company and excellent service! I would recommend them to anyone! God bless!

  I have had a recurring drain issue on the 2nd floor washer drain for years. Numerous plumbers have tried to clear the clog. This time, I Called Zoom DRAIN. Donell showed up within 1 hour and on time. He worked hard, and wouldn't give up. He eventually did what many have not been able to do, he cleared the clog, and also pulled it out. We are very happy! The price was reasonable. Will use them again!
