  I originally left a 1-star review after this company installed one of our water heaters and we were left with no water on a very busy, sports-filled Saturday. I called several times and wasn’t able to reach anyone, so needless to say, I was extremely frustrated. They called me back later that evening, were very apologetic, and even offered to come out at 10 PM to fix the issue. Josh came out first thing Sunday morning, apologized again, and quickly got everything taken care of. I really appreciated how empathetic and apologetic they were and, most importantly, the effort they made to make things right. Because of how they handled the situation afterward, I felt it was only fair to delete my original 1-star review and give them a much-deserved 4 stars. They definitely earned my business, and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future.

  This company is contracted out through Home Serve-who we use to insure our water heaters. One of our water heaters needed to be replaced so they came out this morning, Saturday October 3rd and finished around 2pm. It’s now 7:15pm we have no hot water in any of the sinks and all of our showers have absolutely no water not even cold water!!!! I called them and all I got was an AI customer service robot named Rusty even though their google info says they’re open 24hrs! Pinche Rusty said their next availability is Monday!!! I reached out to Home Serve and they were no help. When doing installations such as a water heater, you as a company should be available to the customer 24hrs after install should anything go wrong!!!! I guess since we’re not a direct customer they could care less which makes me question the whole entire installation process because why do all my showers have zero water!! HORRIBLE ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!

  They said plumber would be at my mother in laws who has Alzheimer’s and could not stay in her home because her home has a gas leak between 8-12 . The plumber never showed and I had to leave at 1:20 and I let them know where the key was and to call me if there was any issue . A day later I get a survey on how they did .. I called them and they said the appointment had been aborted a strange word for just not showing up . I received no call , text or email.

  I have to wonder if this is a friends and family run business. I believe these are relatives and friends operating under someone else's license because there is no way these guys are certified plumbers. They are truly fraudsters and amateurs. TQP was contacted through our Home Serve insurance. They have been out to my house on several occasions now. The first time was a clogged sewer service line. The "tech" was a young male that spent more time in their van on his phone than he did working. After he unclogged our line. He did a half-assed backfill. I would be amazed if he put any morter around the "repair". He left all of the debris on the ground for me to dispose of. To add to the debris he left his charging station and a Milwaukee battery pack behind that was no longer functioning. I guess he expected me to throw it away for him. The second instance, the tech was good and completed the work as needed. This third time has been a nightmare. Our toilet has been clogged for two weeks now. Tech has been out twice. Claimed it was fixed. Keep in mind, we are a single bath house. So, yea this has been extremely frustrating. Toilet is still clogged.I called them to get the tech back out but they did not want to back their work and instructed me to call Hone Serv which they know severely delays their return back out here. Texas Quality Plumbing is a very poorly run operation that is going to eventually bury itself in bad reviews and poor word-of-mouth.

  We experienced a water line leak incoming to the main valve, and Texas Quality Plumbing sent a highly qualified technician/plumber to look into the problem. Luis M. immediately found the faulty connection/leak, shut water off, and proceeded to clear the area. He removed the cracked elbow & lines, reconnected new elbow/lines and all connections with high efficiency. Luis checked and double checked to make sure all connections were perfect and leak free! I highly recommend Texas Quality Plumbing for all you plumbing needs, and have to note that Luis M. performed the job very professionally, knowledgeable and efficiently with a very friendly demeanor…thank you Luis and your company for a job well done!!
