  I do not recommend DRB Homes in Bridgeland Central based on my personal experience. My home-buying process was extremely disappointing. After I decided to cancel my contract because financing through the builder's preferred lender did not work for my situation,( was under approved) I requested the return of my $5,000 earnest money deposit. Despite my efforts to resolve the matter, the builder has refused to refund it. Communication was frustrating, and I felt that important information and alternatives were presented only after I had already canceled the contract and moved on. If you're considering buying from DRB Homes in Bridgeland Central, I encourage you to: Read every contract carefully. Understand exactly how the earnest money is handled. Get everything in writing. Have your own real estate agent and lender review all terms before signing. This is my personal experience, and I hope it helps other buyers make an informed decision. I am intending to take them to Small Claim Court!

  We recently purchased our home in Bridgeland Central, and the entire experience was outstanding thanks to Collin and Paul. Collin was fantastic throughout the sales process. He made what can often be a stressful experience feel smooth and straightforward, keeping us informed every step of the way. Paul did an excellent job on the construction side. He was attentive to details, addressed our concerns promptly, and took pride in delivering a quality home. His professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction were evident throughout the build process. Both Collin and Paul went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our new home. We truly appreciate their hard work, dedication, and excellent customer service. We highly recommend working with them and couldn’t be happier with our new home in Bridgeland Central!
