Scheduled a service from GVEC to return due to not attempting to fix my father’s AC. The person I talked to while scheduling the visit told me that the service charge would be waived. The technician that arrived still didn’t do anything instead he was just trying to sell a new unit. On top of that he still charged the $180 service charge that was agreed upon to be waived when the appointment was scheduled. Deeply disappointed in the service that was given and the dishonesty.

Lawrence did a great job! He fixed the problem and explained everything that was happening with my central air system. Thank you very much!

Jaxon was polite, professional, and very quick. It is a pleasure to meet such a hard working, professional young man. I was so glad that my AC could be serviced the same day I called. Thank you Jaxon and GVEC.

We went through 3 other repairmen and none of them could give us a straight up answer. Jose told us exactly what was going on, and gave us the best advice on the next course of action. We will be requesting him for any A/C related problems

Wonderful young man, very detailed with what he planned to do, had every thing he needed, very professional in appearances and knowledge of his work. Provided information well and offered questions if we had any. Was on time.
