  ⸻ Working with Paul Thompson was honestly such a great experience! He’s one of those people who really takes the time to walk you through everything without making you feel rushed or overwhelmed. Paul is super patient, always quick to respond, and completely honest—which really helped us feel confident throughout the whole process. He knows a ton about homes and made sure we understood every step. If you’re looking for someone who truly cares and wants to help you find the right place, Paul’s your guy. Highly recommend!

  My family and I had a fantastic experience with Paul Thompson when we were in town from DC visiting Chesmar Homes! From the very beginning, he was friendly, informative, and thoroughly walked us through the process . He was incredibly knowledgeable about the community and the floor plans, and took the time to answer our (many) questions with patience and honesty. What stood out most was how transparent and communicative he was every step of the way. We never felt pressured, just genuinely supported and guided. The Summer Crest community is beautiful and thoughtfully designed. If you're considering building with Chesmar in Summer Crest, we highly recommend working with Paul — you’ll be in great hands!   This was my third home build in 10years and it was by far the smoothest. My rep Paul was great and made sure I was updated throughout the build process. I got a great value for the money spent in a wonderful community. I love my marlow
