  Achton Wood es a vey butiful home. Sales peoples are nice and welcoming to mi famly. Wife she loves her new home. We swimming in the pool is open. Quiet and paecefull. Christopher is funy guy.

  Great neighborhood. Best in area. Troy is a godsend. Kelly the warranty gal is wonderful. Chris and Kenneth at the sales office are always helpful and inviting. Glad Ashton Woods is building in Crosby. Quick access to the freeway, no trains, no traffic. Close to schools. Shop for groceries in 7 minutes in Crosby(Walmart) or 14 minutes in Baytown(HEB). Crosby’s best kept secret. Shhhhh! Don’t tell anyone. Oh yeah! Pools is open!!

  Ken and Lane are wonderful, fabulous, professional, attentive, kind and compassionate. We looked at many communities in and around Baytown, Crosby and Mt Belvieu and never felt more welcomed into a community. We had no idea we could find this level of luxury and quality anywhere around Crosby. The level of customer service is excellent, the quality is high and the prices are lower than many other sub-par builders in the area. We have watched the neighborhood grow tremendously in a very short period of time. Ken is always there to help, answers text and phone calls promptly, and drops in to check on us regularly. We have an elderly parent at home who absolutely adores Ken and loves the food he brings for her. Even our dogs love him and are always happy to see him. Whenever we go for walks they always pull on their leashes toward the door of his model office to see him. Thank you to the entire team at Ashton Woods in Cedar Pointe. You are always so nice and helpful. God truly does have a plan. We have been blessed.

  This establishment provides substandard customer service. Initially, upon my arrival without my relator, a staff member named Ben exhibited unprofessional behavior, which persisted during our interaction as he spoke with his mouth full of food. I even went to use the bathroom which had flies every where without in toilet paper. I refused to use the bathroom. Furthermore, he lacked the basic ability to engage in a proper conversation regarding the properties they are offering. On the same day, I contacted Kenneth, also known as Ken, who informed me that a building manager could show me a property. When I returned, Kenneth's conduct continued to be unprofessional, as he hurried through the process and referred to me as a “gal”. It appeared as though they were attempts to discourage my residence in their community. I strongly advise against the expenditure of time visiting this location.
