These guys go out of their way to not honor the deal they have with the City of Buda that gives residents a certain number of free dumps per year.
They play dumb like it doesn’t exist and then make up as many excuses as they can not to give it to you.
They charge outrageous prices to dump.
Awful establishment.

they have taller narrower recycle bins now. this is very inconvenient because now they’re more top-heavy and if you don’t have a level yard, they tip over much easier, making it on a move the trash cans from the backyard to the front yard.

Very rude a disrespectful customer service. Pulled up to the Landfill today to get rid of leaf paper bags and the guy working the booth walk up to our vehicle before we had fully pulled up to the window and started running his mouth about us being rude and disrespectful bc I was on a phone call when he walks up to my vehicle. He didn’t even give me a chance to put them on hold. We were unaware of the signs that says to not be on your phone bc we hadn’t even got to the window yet. He told us that we could leave. I would made understand if it was busy. But we were the only vehicle in line. 4-1-2026 @5:45pm

For weeks now, I am having to call to get them to pickup our trash. It’s disappointing because we haven’t had this issue very often except for in the last few months — maybe a different driver? Not sure. We place our trash out a day early every week and it’s ready to go for them. We have a large household so having trash pile up from missed pickups is becoming a real issue. Last week, they said they’d place a note on our account for the driver but there’s no change this week. Everyone else on our street got picked up, so feeling pretty upset as we have more family coming into town this week and no bins to place our trash in.

This review is for Marcus. I was driving down FM 671 in between Luling and Lockhart Texas on my way to work today and saw Marcus going the extra mile picking up trash in the ditch from a can that had been blown over by the wind. It was cold, it was windy. He didn’t have to do this. He did it just as an effort to help keep our community clean and I really appreciate it and think he deserves recognition for that.
