  Dropped off tree debris in my pickup truck, totally full usually bout $20.oo to dump, easy access ,just to know yo u have to strap down your debris or they will refuse you, friendly service, thank you

  So , this company lied to me and made me pay 82.00 after I called and they told me it would be free since I live in Kyle and I am on the “account”with me and my husband. Then I get there the short girl there was giving me attitude from the beginning. Can you guys hire employees that’s not laughing at you for just asking “questions” like do your job!!!! Worst service… I went there at 8/6/26 , at 4:30-5:30pm . Please investigate this woman and her , supervisor or boss idk , they both we’re obviously just there for a paycheck…

  Over the weekend someone illegally dumped a refrigerator in front of my small business. I called to see if they could help me and they said it would be $300 plus a call to have an HVAC specialist certify it as freon free, so a nearly $500 charge for a crime that was committed on my property that I am a victim of. As a small struggling business we couldn't afford all of that, so we went to move the fridge and 100 lbs of rotten meat fell out and there's a biological hazard that we can't pay for. Luckily my warehouse guy was able to stomach moving it all into the dumpster. I called to ask if they could pick it up early so we didn't have hundreds of pounds of festering rot that doesn't belong to us in our dumpster until Wednesday, they said nope they aren't doing that either. Terrible, awful, despicable, and I hope everywhere y'all go you get the same terrible customer service that you provide for us.

  Absolutely terrible experience. This is by far the worst trash company I’ve ever dealt with. Their customer service is awful—unresponsive, unhelpful, and completely uninterested in resolving issues. Missed pickups, poor communication, and zero accountability. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Save yourself the frustration and choose a different provider.
