  The staff at Clarity Windows is exceptional starting with the staff person, Mr. Jon Craig, who introduced us to their windows!! Mr. Craig was prompt, professional, thorough, courteous, down to earth, and willing to answer all questions. The company could not ask for a better employee to represent them!!! Ms. Chantel Roberson, was the individual responsible for keeping us abreast of scheduling. She was also very courteous, professional and attentive to our schedule. The first attempt was unsuccessful due to our schedule but she put us on the waiting list and was able to work us in on a Saturday within about a week and a half!! It was such a joy speaking to her because she just seemed to enjoy working with people in a charismatic way.Last but not least, the installation team of Arturo and Tomas were absolutely amazing!! I am not exaggerating either. The notified us an hour before arriving. They were so highly skilled and professional. They knew exactly what they were doing without missing a beat. They did not ponder what to do any step of the way and worked together seamlessly. Even our next door neighbor commented on how well they worked and she is a very meticulous person. They replaced 11 windows and our sliding glass door. The final outcome is absolutely impressive!!! They cleaned up to a tee. There was no trash or residue left whatsoever. Also, compared to other companies, they were reasonably priced. We would highly recommend this company to anyone.

  I wasn't even a customer and this company earned five stars from me. I was stuck on the side of the road in brutal heat. Tons of cars just flew by. Then James from Clarity Windows and Doors stopped. He swapped my tire, wouldn't take a dime, just said it was the right thing to do. That told me everything I need to know about this business. Good people, solid values. Five stars all day

  We recently completed the process of installing new windows with Clarity. The process ran smoothly and we are very satisfied with the finish product. We worked with Kyle Stephens on the front end of the process and Arturo was our installer. Both did a great job for us, we highly recommend Clarity.

  We wanted to update our 30 year old windows and interviewed 3 window companies that included Clarify Windows. Ronnie Anderson was our design consultant and he was great and walked us thru the process and we ended up replacing 27 windows. We highly recommend Ronnie and Clarity Windows. He started off the process with going thru the products and ensuring we had all our questions answered. There was no high pressure sales. He provided excellent support thru entire process. Once order was made, we were keep up to date with when product would arrive and then scheduled installation. The guys that preformed the installation were great. Very efficient and kept things cleaned all the way thru. Clarity set up city inspection and it was a breeze. We were very impressed with entire process. Ronnie followed up after installation and was always there to support any needs we had. We can't say enough about Ronnie Anderson. Highly recommend him as your consultant.

  I honestly can't say enough good things about Clarity Windows & Doors. Over the last several months they've replaced every window in my house and just finished installing a new ProVia Signet front door. My original door and frame were over 50 years old, and I still can't believe the difference. It completely changed the look of the front of my house. It's exactly what I had pictured, maybe even better. From the very beginning, everyone at Clarity has been wonderful to work with. Jon was fantastic throughout the entire process. He listened to what I wanted instead of trying to sell me something different, and he even tracked down and special ordered the exact door hardware set I had been dreaming about. I never felt pressured, just supported in creating exactly the look I wanted. I also have to give a huge thank you to Shantel, Autumn, and Shyann in the office. I probably asked more questions than most customers, and they were always patient, responsive, and incredibly helpful. They made everything so easy. The installation crews have all been amazing, but I especially want to recognize Arturo. His attention to detail is unbelievable. You can tell he genuinely cares about the quality of his work and takes real pride in getting everything just right. Taking out a 50-year-old door and frame is no small job, but he transformed my entryway into something absolutely beautiful. His craftsmanship really shows. Every person who came to my house was kind, respectful, and careful. They protected my home while they worked, cleaned up every day, and somehow always left the work area cleaner than when they arrived. That level of respect says a lot about the company. It's rare to find a company where every single person you interact with is this good at what they do. From sales, to the office staff, to the installers, the whole experience has been outstanding. I absolutely love my new windows and my front door, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Clarity Windows & Doors to anyone.
