  10/10 Highly recommend!!! My plumber Jacob was a delight! My guy was 2 hours early, highly knowledgeable, personable, and professional! When you add the free estimate and fair pricing these guys are a no- brainer!!! They definitely made a customer today! If you need a plumber, do yourself a favor and give them a call!

  Jacob did an outstanding job repairing an outside plumbing leak at my home. He was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous from start to finish. He quickly identified the source of the leak, explained what needed to be done, and completed the repair efficiently and correctly. He also made sure everything was working properly and left the area clean when he was finished. I was especially impressed with how fair and reasonable his pricing was. The quality of work, professionalism, and value were all excellent. It’s not often you find someone who provides great service without overcharging. I really appreciate Jacob’s attention to detail and commitment to doing the job right. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing plumbing repairs.

  I had a great experience with Bailey's Plumbing Service, when they came out to repair my main water line. They were professional, knowledgeable, and arrived on time. They quickly identified the problem, explained everything clearly, and completed the repair efficiently. The work was done right the first time, and I really appreciated their honesty and excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a reliable plumber!

  I called 20 minutes before they closed, and they were able to schedule an appointment first thing in the morning. Jacob was so professional and quick! My appointment was between 7:30-8:30am and he arrived at 7:25am. Perfect timing, and the service was quick and easy, he was complete before 8am. He was also very informative on the issue (broken fill valve) and the fix. If I have any plumbing issues, they will definitely be my first call.

  Surprised and totally unexpected, I was faced with a flooding refrigerator freezer compartment which was also making a mess in my kitchen. Realizing the cause was the refrigerator freezer, I immediately unplugged it , to no avail! I then pulled the refrigerator freezer away from the wall and went to turn off the ice maker water valve only to find it wouldn’t turn off. Faced with a continual flow of water, I shut off the water to the house. At this point, it’s Friday around 5pm and I have no water to my house. I immediately started the phone search for plumbers and was continually told I was in a rural area they didn’t service (even though online ads stated they did). After contacting those local imposters, I called Bailey’s Plumbing, where I immediately became of importance. The wonderful lady on the phone started the repair balls a rolling. She said she was going to allocate resources and call me back. 5 minutes later, she called me with the technicians name stating he would contact me when he’s on the way. 5 minutes later, I was texted by Jacob with his ETA. Upon arrival, with urgency, Jacob proceeded with the repair and by 7:30pm was complete. His concern was to make sure I was taken care of. Not the customer but the person! Thinking about how to say it, all I can say is that they are great people to do business with! Thank you Baileys! Won’t hesitate to use again! If only I could find appliance repair (a matter of fact, any repair) with the same ethics! Again, thank you so much Bailey’s! George
