We set an appointment for them to come look and give us a bid (figuring we'd get another bid next week). Carlos and his son came to do the initial inspection. They were courteous and professional. Chad called me later to talk through recommendations. We were sold. One week later, they installed the units inside and out and new ductwork. Highly recommended.

Chad Jones (the owner of TCS) went well beyond the call of duty to make sure my family did not have to sleep in this blistering heat. He had two technicians (Shawn and Domino) that showed up within a hour of me calling. They diagnosed the problem within minutes and were able to provide BELOW competitive pricing. I am extremely satisfied with the honesty, efficiency, and urgency TCS exhibits. I will definitely recommend them to any and everyone that needs A/C work!

I am so disappointed with this last visit on April 14th tech came out said drain pain has a crack and someone would be calling me when it arrives to replace. I called them on May 1st since I did not hear from anyone. I spoke with the lady that answered the phone and she had no record of it and she would call me back, she called the next day. Then I get a call from Chad the day the tech was suppose to come back to replace. He said the kept receiving the wrong part and we going to go ahead and replace the evaporator coil and they would be out June 2nd between 9-11. They did not show up and I called TCS and the lady never called back and I am still waiting on her call! When we got the new unit 2 years ago they were happy to return your call but now the customer service is horrible!!! Now I will find someone to replace my cracked drain pan and not refer this company to anyone!!!
