  The warranty kids are a joke. I would have fired these kids a long time ago. They do not want to hold up their end of the contract and they never reassure me that they’ll fix major defects with my house. I guess it’s the new generation or they’ve been trained to not say certain things like ‘don’t worry sir, we’ll fix it and make it right’. I filed a warranty ticket and Adam didn’t call me for over a week until I called his number and he didn’t even answer. Then he sent me a copy paste text thanking me for allowing him to spend time with his new baby boy. I am a customer, not your boss, I don’t control how much time you have off and if it were up to me I would have you address my warranty ticket because I am a customer and it’s your job. The only people in the whole company that have treated me right have been Bill Adams and whoever the young guy boss is that’s in charge of him. They are both solid guys. Unfortunately, Bill is in a different neighborhood now. The kids they have left in charge here are a complete joke. Who is hiring these idiots? I regret my purchase at this point. Absolute garbage and basically nonexistent customer service. Not what you want in a home builder, that’s for sure. All of my neighbors are experiencing the same problems so I know I’m not alone.

  Great value for very well constructed homes. The sales agent Hayleigh made the experience extremely simple and smooth for our clients, and was very helpful listening to what they wanted and made sure they got the best home for their wish list.

  I would never buy from a company that does not have respectable builders. Blasting music and disturbing the residents that live here and allowing it to go on day after day, smoking cigarettes while inside the homes building and painting, throwing trash around the community and no one seams to care. If I could give them 0 stars I would. I do not recommend this company or the builders they use.
