  Steven Walker showed up on time. Told me before he started what needed to be done and the cost. Once we agreed on all terms and payments he started and completed the work to my satisfaction. He was polite and knowledgeable. He explained other programs offered by his employer. He was a gentleman, competent, earned my trust and I will ask for him in any future plumbing issues. Honest man, knows his job.

  Kind, considerate, and hardworking are just a few of the words I could use for Brice. He made my family and I feel comfortable every step of the way. We appreciated his knowledge and expertise. Couldn’t have asked for anyone better !

  Brice was very thorough, detail oriented, and an overall a pleasure to work with. He was respectful of our home and very responsive! Would recommend these guys for any and all of your plumbing needs!

  Spoke on the phone with a lady who went above and beyond what seemed to be excellent customer service. What was said was right along the lines of "We are booked for today, but I understand having a family and no working AC, so I'll move some things around our schedule and get one of our technicians to fit you in for today." Hours go by and I get a call from who I believe is the same lady (I'm keeping the name private as a courtesy) towards the end of the business day, who proceeds to tell me that a technician reached out to her (I'm guessing it was the one who COULD HAVE come out my way) and told her that they do not work on the type of AC units installed in my home. All day goes by, allowing them to "make things happen" and all I get is an apology and the excuse that they have only been in the AC business-side of things for a few weeks. Now I'm stuck the rest of the evening/night with no AC, having to wait until tomorrow for someone qualified to work on my type of unit to be available and a one night stay fee at a hotel that could have been avoided would they have NOT appeared positive on being able to solve my problem on the same day and then waiting hours into the late evening to tell me that they don't work on my type of AC system. Thanks for absolutely nothing and quite literally making my problem even worse now. All at no cost to their business.
