  DeAnthony did a great job repairing a major sewer pipe failure at my home. He & Tito were able to make the repair & I couldn't be happier with the job & outcome! My home was treated with repect and the damage caused by the trench digging was minimal. I highly recommend J D Pricision Plumbing & DeWayne, they do plumbing right!

  I called at 8:30 in the morning and I had someone here four hours later. My technician's name was Leo, and he was absolutely wonderful. He was very professional. He told me everything I needed to know he gave me choices. Gave me options explained everything found a new leak when he was under there showed it to me. It was literally cracked under the sink so I was extremely happy, but he was very personable. He was pleasant very knowledgeable of his work. I have used JD precision other times and they've always proven to have done. Good work but kudos to Leo. He was excellent.

  I want to be honest so the next customer doesn’t experience the nightmare I’m experiencing since calling JD Precision for an AC Tuneup. I scheduled an annual A/C Tune up & Alex a tech came to inspect & quoted me over $3,000 to address these issues: system cleaned, freon added, dual capacitor replaced, & a new filter system installed. I decide to have Freon added and dual capacitor replaced costing approx. $1,000. Alex assured me this would fix the immediate issues. That night I went into the attic because the AC was not cooling & I saw a major issue with the duct work. I called the company immediately & complained they had sold me the wrong solution & didn’t address the real problem which was the duct work. After a week of trying to get a hold of a manager, the GM finally called me & immediately was on the defensive. He was not apologetic or wanting to address my complaints about the duct work. I had to fight for a partial refund & he kept insisting on charging me full price to fix the duct work they didn’t catch. It wasn’t until I told him I’d write a bad review did he agree to send a tech to fix the duct work at no labor charge. Well, someone came & went in less than 20 min. He said he fixed the duct issue & of course it ended up being a terrible job. Now, I’m having to contact another company to fix their unprofessional and sub-par work. I’ve lived in the Woodlands for 15 years and used this company in the past. However, I can say with certainty that JD Precision has lost its integrity, customer service, and ability to perform quality and honest work. They are focused on making as much money as possible off customers (especially women) , selling high priced upgrades, overcharging for inexperienced and unprofessional techs performing HVAC jobs. I will never refer, recommend, or use this company in the future.

  Monday morning at 8:00 my 85 year old grandmother that lives just down the road from me calls me at work. She tells me her garage where her Waterwell and irrigation plumbing is located is flooded about ankle deep and water is spraying onto the ceiling and wall where her breaker switches are. I’m an hour away and can’t help her turn the big valve off to stop the water flow. She called jd plumbing and they told her to cut the power to the pump. Somehow she managed to do so without getting electrocuted. They the came out to inspect the issue. They found a failed fitting leading up to the intake side of her irrigation pump. The tech went all over town trying to find this fitting and couldn’t find it. After his failure to find the correct fitting, he returned and told my grandmother that the part that failed was part of the pump and that they don’t make them anymore. He quoted her a $1000 to get a new pump. She can’t afford that and told the tech as such and asked if he can patch it. He did so, refitting the failed fitting and charging her $300 for it. 24 hours later it blew apart again. Same fitting of course. After I got home from work that Tuesday, I go look at it myself instead of spending or being quoted another unnecessary lump sum. I find that the fitting that was reinstalled was an ELECTRICAL CONDUIT FITTING. For $24, I went to Home Depot, bought three fittings and a section of 1-1/4 pipe and remade the entire failed section. I’m 24, hold zero certifications for anything, and have no higher education. I shouldn’t be more capable than a certified plumber. I called to ask why a repair that was made with no used parts and a reinstalled incompatible part that failed in 24 hours, flooding the garage a second time was worth $300 and was told the billing department would give me a call back to settle it the next day. Call never came. I called again to affirm my displeasure. Was told I’d receive a call the next day. That call didn’t come either. So bad review it is. Don’t fire the tech, I’m sure he needs the job, but don’t try to sell an elderly woman on something she doesn’t need and try to think of other combinations of parts and fittings that you can use to achieve the same end goal.
