  You guys normally have somewhat slow but great service. However, the issue I called about two months ago has not been fixed after two visits. I was talked into a $500 annual service and then talked into a new battery. This will be the third visit but currently my 38KW generator is Just yard Art. My next scheduled service is later this week so hopefully we get this issue resolved.

  I am absolutely thrilled with the quality of this company! I have never experienced a more professional Generac service company! Their technician, Mr. Adam Frye, has been to all the Generac schools and wasted no time in diagnosing, repairing and resolving my generator! I will only use this company from now on, and when the day comes that I need to replace my existing generator, I will call them! Mr. Frye told me they work on all brands. They are located in Conroe and their service call to Huntsville was $209.00 and included 30 minutes of labor, it is a bargain because you can tell a real expert within minutes, call them for your generator needs, you will be so pleased!

  Dennis Brown was the technician. I have dealt with thousands of technicians during my career in chemistry/safety/databases. Dennis is one of the best I have ever had the pleasure to know. His conscientiousness and dedication to explaining and suggesting options and processes were some of the best I have ever encountered. I would request him 100% in the future!

  Really enjoyed the price, product and process managed by the Grasten Team. Mark Hetrick, Brandy and the Ryan Electrical crew communicated well, were kind, knowledgeable and polite. Mark is a great technical sales professional, the Ryan crew worked diligently and paid attention to detail. Brandy worked hard to communicate schedules in a clear way. I would recommend this team and company to others wanting a professionally installed generator system.

  Riley was great, he deserves 5 stars. He was able to solve the problem which got our air conditioner back online. We are not satisfied with what we were charged for the call though, given the fact that a piece of Generac equipment on our home essentially melted, which could’ve caught our house on fire and ended up taking our air conditioner off line. We originally called an HVAC company since the air conditioner wasn’t working and they of course, had to charge us for coming out, but they quickly realized their air conditioner was fine. The Generac equipment was the problem since they could smell the burned parts.. Having a piece of equipment, essentially melt, including the wiring that was only installed 14 months ago is quite concerning.
