  The crew was very professional and helpful throughout the whole process. They arrived quickly, assessed the situation, and immediately began working to prevent more damage. I was impressed with how clean, respectful, and efficient they were. They really helped take a lot of stress off my shoulders.

  I noticed a musty smell near my entry door and fearing possible mold, I contacted Disaster Masters to check it out. I saw they were a local family owned company with excellent reviews, which means a lot to me. Gavin showed up on time as promised and was very professional and knowledgeable about the situation. He inspected and tested several areas using moisture meter and FLIR camera, and also checked behind the light switch plates and baseboard, the A/C system, and up in the attic spaces. Fortunately he did not find any signs of active mold or excessive moisture. He didn’t charge me for the service call and only asked that I call him back if I noticed any changes. l will definitely use him if/when needed and will pass on his contract info to anyone I know that needs his services. Thanks again, Gavin! Well done!

  They did such a good job of cleaning out the smoke smell in our house and found some mold while doing so and cleaned that at no charge. They were incredible and I would refer them to anyone!

  Gavin and team did thorough job in cleaning our moldy bathroom. They were helpful, informative, knowledgeable and guided us through the removal process. I would highly recommend Disaster Masters.
