- TCT CMar 18, 20241.0I visited the model today (3/18) at 5:20pm on 16321 Sheridan River Trail. The young male who was the sales rep was very unprofessional. He didn't bother to get up from his seat and greet us when we walked through the door. He didn't bother to shake our hands or even ask us for our names. He did nothing but stay in his seat the entire time that we were there. He didn't give us literature or even bother to ask what brought us to the model. Due to his total lack of professional and friendliness, I will be looking at your competitors whom were far friendlier and far more professional
