I called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing at 10pm after receiving a call that my rental property had an upstairs leak in the bathroom and in the ceiling along with some other leaks/pipe issues. They were able to send Elijah, a plumbing tech, at 8am the next morning. He was able to call me and verify all the work that my tenants had reported and he explained everything with great detail and quoted me on the spot. He gave me a fair price and was able to fix all 3 issues I had within a few hours and stayed true to the estimate he had given me. Would highly recommend these guys and would for sure use them again!

The family wanted smart bidets in 3 bathrooms so I contacted Ben Franklin for the prep work and subsequent installation. I worked the Elijah during each visit. He was. A very detail oriented tradesman. To prepare for installation he conducted water value measurements and relocated them in each bathroom to accommodate the wider foot print to prepare for the bidet arrivals. During the install, he took his time to ensure everything was seated correctly, level and even went through all functions to ensure operability. I appreciate Mr Elijah and the company for keeping him assign to my project for continuity. He helped that he was part of the planning and installation. I couldn’t be happier with their services. The phone call or texts from the office to update or alert arrival times was timely and if there were any delays, I received a prompt call. No waiting around looking out the window for them. For future plumbing needs, Ben Franklin plumping will be my first choice.
