  First time calling Benjamin Franklin plumbing services, we called for a minor leak on our shower plumbing and when Elijah Thompson showed up to our home he was so pleasant and very thorough in his explanation of what he was going to do to fix our problem. He quickly resolved our issue and we were so pleased with the service that we inquired about an estimate to replace our water heater, he explained carefully gave us different options and scheduled a crew to come take care of replacing the water heater. Approximately 1 1/2 hours later Austin Ziglar showed up also with a very pleasant attitude, very professional, he proceeded to explain the process and warned me about the disruption of water and after he made sure I was ready then they started with the work. We are very pleased with the work they did and the very smooth process to take care of our issues. Thank you very much both Elijah and Austin you listened carefully to our needs and concerns and made sure the job was done right before they left. This kind of service is very hard to find and gives us peace of mind that in the future when we have a plumbing problem we definitely will call Benjamin Franklin The Punctual Plumber

  Outstanding Service! Woke up Saturday morning to a clogged sink and backed up AC condensate line. I called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing at 9am, and they had a plumber (Elijah Thompson) at my home by 11:15am. He was very courteous, respectful, and knowledgeable and he assessed the issue and immediately mitigated the situation accordingly. Everything is working perfectly now. Thank you, Elijah!

  Eli showed up promptly and explained how he would approach the entire sink installation to me. I like that this company is familiar and experienced with undermount sink installation, other plumbers we called don't even offer the service. With the amount of work involved, I feel the price is fair. I'm happy to use Benjamin Franklin again for future plumbing work.

  We had a great experience with Benjamin Franklin plumbing company! They sent out a plumber who was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and courteous from the moment he arrived. He took the time to explain everything, quickly identified the issue, and got everything fixed efficiently. It's hard to find people who genuinely care about doing quality work, but he went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of and that we were completely satisfied before he left. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for honest, reliable, and skilled plumbing services. We truly appreciate the outstanding service and will definitely use them again in the future!
