    Milestone is the best! They have all the parts needed to repair the issue on hand. No ordering, no waiting, no need to return to the house. Also no calling around and leaving messages and HOPING the repair person will call you back and deem the job worthy of their time.

    Tyler did a great job! He was very well spoken and engaged. He explained everything that was going on with our unit.. Our outside Fan was dead and needed replaced… He also did a diagnosis of our system and he noticed a capacitor that was not 💯 but still within working parameters. He gave us options but did not push in any way to purchase anything that was not working.. Tyler also did not push for us to get a whole new A/C system but did tell us if that is something we are interested in.. he is not the one to sell it to us.. there was a another department that will give us options.. great experience! Especially on a holiday weekend and a Sunday to boot!

    Quinn Lucas rolled out the red carpet -literally!! He confirmed why he was there for my HVAC system and exactly the steps he would take. When he finished, he played me a video of my actual system and talked through each section. He gave me good recommendations for settings and on going maintenance. Would be so happy to see Quinn at my next appointment. Thank you for being kind and thorough and professional!!

    Ryan Hurley did an outstanding job figuring out why my air conditioner stopped working yesterday afternoon. He took the time to trace the source of the problem to the drainage pipe and fixed it. He also tested the unit to make sure it was ok. He explained everything that he was doing and answered all my questions. He was very polite and courteous.

    Zach was great. I had an issue with my tankless water heater and he recognized the issue right away. He spotted the issue right away and explained it to me. I am fairly technical and like data but I know nothing about tankless water heaters so his information was very valuable. I fix some things myself but I value the expertise of service people when I hire them and Zach had that expertise I really appreciate it and will contact Milestone again if I have another issue. Just FYI, I had 3 other plumbers come over before Milestone and they all wanted to charge me between $500-$600 just to do a diagnostic (and quite honestly, they didn't seem to be familiar with tankless water heaters at all). Go with people who have experience and expertise.
