  Jason was so amazing! He was very punctual, polite and explained everything he did so clearly and answered all our questions. We called Calm Waters out to fix a leak in the shower. He explained the different options we had and was very thorough with what to expect. When he was finished, everything was clean and the work on the faucet looked beautiful!! Will definitely be calling back for the next issue that comes around. Thank you soooo much!!

  James did a great job! He is super friendly and communicated everything that he was doing and walked me through the problems my sink and garbage disposal had, and showed me how to manually work my garbage disposal. Would definitely recommend them !

  Calm Waters and the tech, Jason, surpassed all my expectations when it came to plumbing service! While I called for a smaller job, they were able to evaluate my whole home, address emergent issues as well as my smaller request and get everything resolved in a very timely manner with my available budget and timeline with the utmost respect and professionalism. Not only did Jason explain every issue in full detail to ensure I understood, and kept me informed through every step, he also took the time to ensure I understood anything I asked that wasn’t directly related to what they were fixing within the realm of plumbing. He was patient, thorough, and took the safety and comfort of myself and my family to heart. Every member of the Calm Waters team I spoke to has been pleasant and informative. I cannot recommend this company enough, and will be using them in the future for all our home’s plumbing needs.

  I woke this morning to a very soggy backyard. All the water in the house was working fine. We called and got James and his assistant out within a couple of hours. They worked tirelessly to find the problem fairly quickly realizing it was a city issue with the sewer drainage. The city, however, wanted real proof before they would even come out and check. They were very diligent and providing evidence to the city that it was their problem. They stayed . The city, however, wanted real proof before they would even come out and check. Calm Waters was quick efficient and very diligent until they knew my problem was resolved. I will recommend them to everybody I know

  Tomorrow is my daughter’s sweet 16 birthday, And of all days, we had a plumbing failure. The valve to the refrigerator broke! Let me start by saying impressed with a quick response, attention to detail, and I felt like they actually cared about what I had going on. On a Friday at 3 PM finding a plumber seemed like both a daunting and impossible task, But ended to be seamless quick and affordable. I was impressed by the professionalism, willingness to turn my water off out in the pouring rain, quick attention to detail, and overall desire to get me back where I needed to be. Tomorrow we party! Today we relax in the comfort of knowing that we were taken care of very well. I highly recommend this company.
