  Roman came out to check a bathroom faucet that had no water flow, and I ended up replacing both since they were pretty old. The price was reasonable, especially going with Delta, and the membership helped bring the cost down. Roman did a great job, and even though it took a few hours, it was worth the wait. We’ve had a hard time finding good plumbers in BCS, so I’m glad we found him. Highly recommend, and I’ve already requested Roman for our next job.

  Isaac came out and did maintenance and flushing of both water heaters. He did an excellent job, kept things neat and tidy. In addition, he inspected all the bathrooms for any leaks for potential issues and made recommendations for the replacement of our oldest heater which is 12 years old. He was honest and said nothing is currently wrong with it, but it is past the usual life of a water heater. Five stars for Isaac's service. I took off a star because the company canceled my appt last week without my knowledge. I didn't text the "C" (confirm) back in time, the day before. I waited at home from 8a- 11:45(?) only to find out they weren't coming.

  This was the most pleasurable experience for having an emergency plumbing issue. I called and Kiara set me up right away. As a new customer, she made me feel extremely welcome! Before I knew it our tech Wyatt was on the way. He got here and took care of my original issue and even an additional issue that I had mentioned. Even had someone bring the parts. He really helped me understand each option available to us. Once we made the decision, he had it fixed in no time. I will be referring my friends and family! What an awesome company with amazing employees. Thank you again, so much!
