  The team did an exceptional job assisting me in picking out the flooring, sent me home with samples, and then delivered on the promise. The flooring looks great. Third time I've used them for flooring - and at this point- I wouldn't even shop anywhere else.

  Had ceramic tile installed through living area, hall, and bathrooms. Also had our shower made into a huge walk-in shower! To say we LOVE the floors and new shower is a huge understatement! The ladies walked us through each step and helped us pick out what we wanted! The men that did the work were very professional and did an amazing job (during the 2024 two day freeze)! It was very affordable..and was actually way under what I “guessed” the cost would be! 🙌🏻 Did I mention how much I LOVE my new floors and shower? 😁 Thank you Zimmerle…thank you for making my old home feel new again! ❤️

  Our initial plan was to replace old carpeting in our living and bed rooms. We really went to Zimmerle Floors because they were nearby, and figured we would start there. We have not been disappointed. They were very attentive to what we were looking for and showed us various options. They provided several samples to take home and, after a couple of intersections, we were able to decide on the engineered wood flooring. We had to delay installation for a while because of travel plans, and they were very accommodating in holding the flooring material for us. Upon starting the project, we added removing ceramic tile around our fireplace and installing stone material instead. Long story, but we had to also replace the fireplace. With all these changes, Zimmerle was quite accommodating, and worked with us to get the project done. We were very impressed with the installation process for both stonework and flooring. The workmen showed up on time, and everything went well. The workmen were really nice folks, very neat, and skilled. Overall, we are so pleased with how everything turned out. The quality of the materials and workmanship is first rate. We would use them again in a heartbeat.

  I emailed for a free consultation on their website and I received an immediate response from Jennifer. They were able to come out and measure the very next day. Billy was on time and very courteous. I went to the show room to select my materials and was greeted right away. Jennifer was very helpful and knowledgeable. I felt like they were genuinely trying to help me find what best suited my family, not just the most expensive materials. My overall experience was very pleasurable. I will definitely use Zimmerle floors in the future.
