  I had a terrible experience with this company. I called on Wednesday to schedule an appointment for Friday and was given a four-hour time window. However, they failed to arrive within that timeframe and did not call to inform me of any delays. Finally, at 5 PM, I received a call stating that the technician was on the way. When he arrived, he sat in his vehicle for 30 minutes, vaping, without ever coming to the door or making contact. This has been one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a business.
