Very unprofessional. Tim Tuley, the owner provided AHS a diagnosis of my system based on his feelings that our issue was preexisting and not upon fact because I have a new contract with AHS. Due to the many bad reviews, I cannot understand why he is still used by AHS, unless it because he diagnoses many claims as preexisting. First the repairman said my Thermostat was out. Then he tells me I'm low on freon. Then he says I need a need evap/air handler.

American Home Shield sent Texas Heat & Air, Cleburne, Tx. to my house in response to my request for service. They send a young guy out and he said my Thermostat was bad, so he replaced that and then said my Freon was low. He then told me that I needed a new air handler and that they would send the diagnosis to AHS for replacement. I was not given any paperwork whatsoever. I have a 30 pound canister of R12 listed on Facebook Marketplace, so I asked the kid if he knew anyone that might buy it. So when the kid called to the office, he told the owner I had a canister of R12 and Tim, the owner, wrongly assumed that I tried to get the kid to put R12 in my system and he threatened to fire the kid on the spot if he put R12 in my system. So almost a week goes by and I call Texas Heat & Air to find out what's up with the repair and get the owner. He decided that because my Contract with AHS was just 1 month old that my issue was preexisting, despite the fact that I told him I turned on the system 1 1/2 months ago and that the reason my contract was new was due to my Disability being awarded and my being able to pay for AHS. So, the Owner, Tim sent AHS his determination that my issue was preexisting so that my claim would be denied. I confirmed this with Pat Obsuna, of AHS. Here I am on Disability with a heart condition and this guys deliberately with malicious intent provided a diagnosis based on him feeling and him being upset because he misunderstood my conversation with the kid about the R12 as he assumed I was trying to get over. I see now that he has many more bad reviews than good and he should be removed from AHS list of Repair Company's! I even sent the owner a screenshot of one offer I had from a Refergent buyer, so he would know there was a misunderstanding.

Poor communication and no response after leaving multiple messages for technician and office. My realtor, and warranty company even tried to get in contact and they did not respond. Would not recommend.

I wish I could give a review on the services however I never received the services or a phone call after they no showed our appointment. Our AC has been out for weeks and we finally get a response from them. Scheduled for Friday. Friday comes, my husband takes off and they never showed up. Never called us. I left voice mails. While I sit in my hot house I'm fuming pun intended. Do not RECOMMEND.
