  I’ve had the opportunity to work with the owner of Cleburne Glass professionally and have always been impressed by their integrity, responsiveness, and commitment to customer service. Highly recommend.

  Called them to see if they could come out and give an estimate on installing a new shower door. We were told by Mariah that they do measurements from 9am-12pm but, since my husband and I work and no one would be available for those horus, she said they could make an exception if we gave them the exact time we would be available. I called my husband and he said he could go into work a little late so I called Mariah back and told her that Friday at 8:39 am would work so she said OK, I'll let them know. The next day which was, Thursday, I get a call from Brian, who later I find out is the owner, saying he came out to measure for a window but nobody was home. I told him no one is home because the appointment was made for tomorrow morning at 8:30am and that I had talked to Mariah. He just said OK and hung up. The next day, which is Friday, I get a text message from my husband saying it's 8:35 and no one has called or showed up. I call Cleburne Glass and ask about the missed appt and Mariah says well it's just not our normal time to measure so we're not use to it. She then tells me that the owner is out measuring and she would let him know. My husband waited until 9am and then had to leave for work. I didn't get a call back until about 10am and I was unable to answer so I returned the call and left a voice mail to reschedule. I never heard back from anyone. Poor communication and no response or apology. SO MUCH FOR TRYING TO KEEP BUSINESS LOCAL!
