  Upstairs A/C unit went out making a horrible grinding sound briefly every few minutes. Airmasters came out and determined the compressor had failed, even though the unit was installed only 7 years ago. That was certainly not something I wanted to hear, knowing that compressor replacement costs thousands of dollars. Later that evening, I got a call from Airmasters that informed me the compressor was still under warranty, and the cost to replace it would only include labor and refrigerant, even though Airmasters was not who originally installed the unit. I was impressed - how many other companies would have checked for that? They sent me an invoice and asked if I wanted to proceed. Of course I said yes. They came out a few days later spending several hours installing the new compressor and performed all the work that goes along with that, but the new compressor immediately failed upon power up due to unforeseen circumstances. I was informed they would have to order yet another compressor, plus a new evaporator coil, and a valve that fits in the indoor unit in the attic. I was imagining dollar signs floating out the front door up into the stratosphere! Several days later they came out with all the new equipment, and after several more hours working on the unit, got it working perfectly again. When the technician was done and presented me the bill, I was astounded to see it was still for the original amount, even though we encountered lots of other problems and needed additional parts. What a pleasant surprise! Needless to say, Airmasters is now my go-to HVAC company not only for repairs, but also for annual maintenance. Additionally, I understand they do plumbing work also. I've got some of that I've been putting off for the last few years that I'll also be calling them for soon. Give them a call for your HVAC issues...you won't regret it!🙂

  The service we have had with AirMaster over the last month while troubling shooting and repairing our unit has been exceptional. Most recently we had Daniel Stewart out to our property and he truly exceeded our expectations. Daniel was not only courteous and highly proficient throughout the visit, but he also went above and beyond in his communication. Because the owner was unavailable by phone, Daniel took the time to provide a detailed text update explaining what he had found and the work he had completed. He went about his job professionally, and neatly, leaving us confident that the issue had been properly addressed.

  David Davis is a great representative for Airmasters. He explained everything he was doing and did a thorough job of checking out our AC system. He called before he arrived and arrived exactly when he said he would. Thank you David and Airmaster for great service. We opted for the yearly service plan after getting such extraordinary service.

  Nothing like having an air conditioning problem on a 103 degree day in Texas. Rosendo from Air Masters was at our house that afternoon.He called and let us know his arrival time. He took time to check it all out and got things operating and cooling. He was very professional took time to explain things. He checked on things the next day and we are operating fine. He provided excellent service and Air Master has provided top notch service. We are glad to be a regular customer and recommend them highly. We have had nothing but excellent service from Air Masters.
