Tony & the crew were friendly, efficient, answered my questions, cleaned up every area, & just did a top-notch job! I am absolutely delighted & will recommend Airmasters to everyone. I need to also say that Shannon went above & beyond to get me set up with a system I can afford & got it scheduled quickly since he knew I have a family member coming to live with me soon. These folks are the best!!!

Absolutely the place to go for your HVAC needs. I experienced the best customer service through the whole process of a total system replacement. My deepest thanks from the sales to the install team for an outstanding job. Their dedication to pleasing the customer and making sure everything was done correctly was above anything I have experienced in several years. Thank you Air Masters of Cleburne.

Got home with a car load of groceries and the house was almost 90 degrees. No good. Rosendo arrived and had to work in the dark. Maybe took him 10 minutes to diagnose the problem, if that. He showed me what was wrong, quoted a fair price and did everything he said he would do. He was polite, professional and obviously knows his craft. Would highly recommend this company. It's rare to find integrity these days. In the past when I've had A/C issues the repairman was more of a salesman. Not so with this company. TLDR : House was hot. Now it's not.

Tech was friendly but kinda half did the job. Had my AC cleaned and tuned up. The tune up was included in my membership but the cleaning was extra so I paid the extra $100 for the cleaning. checked it a few days later and noticed it was half done. The back of my unit was still caked with debris. I also mentioned to my tech the some rooms have poor airflow and he said he can adjust it but later found out our builder never put it adjustable dampers. I told my tech that this was something I wanted done and if he could get me a quote. He wasn’t able to get a quote for me at the moment so I asked him to make a note of it in my account. I never got a quote and when I spoke to someone they were asking me how many I need etc. Long story short I finally got my quote. Wish the cleaning was done properly and wish he would have added the notes of what I needed on my account.
