The purchasing process was five stars! A few months after it all went downhill so fast. For the price of these homes you would think they would supervise their subcontractors better. Only adding a few pics for reference.

Only complaint I would have is the inside walls are paper thin. You can hear everything in every room. Now …. once you sign those papers their rating falls to a 1 star. We have been back and forth trying to get someone to our house to fix the settling issues. It’s like pulling teeth. Their excuse is they use subcontractors. Zero communication and mediocre work. It’s been a month dealing with this so far. Highly frustrated.
