  My family and I purchased a DRB Home in Green Meadows in April 2026, and I can honestly say the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. A huge part of that was because of Burhan Shazad. From day one, he was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. He showed us every house we wanted to see, walked us through available lots if we decided to build, and took the time to explain all of our options so we could make the best decision for our family. We came back multiple times with lots of questions, and every single visit he greeted us with a smile and made us feel welcome. He never once seemed annoyed or rushed, even when we were weighing different options and needed additional information. He also handled our very feisty realtor professionally and respectfully throughout the process, which I definitely appreciated. Even after closing, Burhan has continued to be a great resource. Anytime I've had a question, he's either helped me directly or connected me with the right person who could. That level of customer service doesn't always happen after the sale, and it really speaks to how much he cares about his customers. I also want to recognize Brian Preist. He walked us through our final home tour and made sure we understood everything about the house, its features, and maintenance items we should know as new homeowners. After we moved in, I had a couple of minor issues come up—a light on a high ceiling went out and there was a small crack in a bathroom tile. Brian was unbelievably responsive and had everything addressed within 24 hours. That kind of service is hard to find. Overall, we could not be happier with our experience. Buying a home can be stressful, but the DRB Homes team made the process smooth and enjoyable. Everyone we worked with was professional, responsive, and genuinely cared about making sure we were happy. My only piece of feedback—and this isn't directed at any individual person—is that homeowners should be aware of the garage door emergency release cord. Ours was hanging low enough that it got caught on our vehicle while backing out, which caused the garage door to come down on the car and resulted in some damage. It was an easy fix, and I'd recommend either shortening the cord or tying it up higher as a precaution. Other than that, I wouldn't change a thing. We love our home, we love the community, and we're extremely grateful to Burhan, Brian, and the entire DRB Homes team for making this such a positive experience. Highly recommend!
