Placed an order for samples to match an existing damaged, 8 5/8”x 1/2” white oak floor and hours later I received a phone call from him offering his assistance. He said if the samples didn’t match, color wise, to provide pics for his reference. I’ve supplied the pics and more samples should arrive today … at no cost! Great customer service which I have not found elsewhere. Highly recommend.

Beyond that, Trent was incredibly responsive and available at all times, answering my questions quickly and making the entire process smooth and easy. I highly recommend working with him and will definitely be using his services again for future projects.
