  Although I haven’t had my floors laid down yet due to my floor installation person not the company it was an incredible experience I had looked at there site for many months skeptical of ordering and not actually being there. But I took the chance and couldn’t be happier Shaine was who I felt with and never once did I feel like I was pressured I wanted to think and he said ok no questions asked and I reached out when I was ready smooth transaction and always pleasant the floors came wrapped incredibly well I will be doing more business with Shaine

  Had a great experience at Hardwood Bargains. I met Trent at the Cedar Park store and he provided me with all the options available to me. He was very knowledgeable and was not pushy trying to sell a particular floor product. He was able to work with me on scheduling and finding trusted installer. I recommend everyone to visit Trent at HB for flooring.

  I had been looking for a specific look for my living/dining/kitchen flooring update. After looking locally with no luck, I came across Hardwood Bargains on Facebook. Found they offered nice sized samples, great selection and their pricing was in line with my budget. I fell in love with the matte finish and quality. Shaine was so easy to work with. Very responsive to my questions and concerns, helped me with what I needed to cover my project and current staircase (which looks so fab now). He even made sure I was able to take advantage of additional special sales pricing. I had worried about logistics getting the flooring to Wisconsin from Texas. Flooring arrived right on time with no damage and with the size of my order I had qualified for free shipping. My local installer was impressed with the quality of the engineered flooring (especially the stair pieces). I had additional questions after my purchase (about the glue I needed) and Shaine was immediately helpful (great with followup). Due to a mis-calculation on my end, Shaine made my product return easy. So overall great experience with this company. I couldn't be happier with the look and quality of the finished product. Easy to clean and my cats love the smooth hardwood surface.
