- EDErin DavenportSep 2, 20265.0Tyler and his crew were so good we didn't get an extra quote. He gave fair and clear price and they did a great job. Highly recommend!
- LRLinda RustAug 20, 20265.0My husband and I did quite a bit of shopping around for new carpet for our home and are so thrilled we went with Flooring Warehouse. We were promptly greeted when we walked in, but with no high pressure selling. Phil was extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of carpet selection and was so patient with all our many questions and carpet sample requests. They had the best prices by far and installation was timely and meticulous. Installation crew was professional and so helpful with all the furniture placement. We highly recommend Flooring Warehouse and will definitely be using them for our next project. Ask for Phil!
- TMTeresa McGAug 17, 20261.0From no showing to our 1st appointment, to installing the wrong color grout even though I pointed out it was the wrong color when they started putting it in but being assured it was correct, to getting a call at 4pm the following Friday when they were done grouting informing me they made a mistake & used the wrong grout to not initially ordering enough tile, even though they measured, to removing wrong grout improperly & not removing all of it & apply correct grout on top old grout causing gaps & bubbles, to placing the trim on the ground but not to securing it to wall & to ghosting us when I informed them of the of all of the above. There was no one in charge overseeing our job. We started with Phil & met 3 others but it didn’t seem like anyone was in charge of our project. We do not recommend Flooring Warehouse.
