    Horrible experience. Had these guys scheduled to handle a large portion of a Commercial Construction project but they didn't stand by a single one of their bids. They visited our jobsite, fully bid our construction documents, and acted like they were going to be a major player on the project. I asked them to verify their electrical quote and how they were getting lighting so cheap. They then requested to pull that bid which I said was alright because we had a different electrician we were comfortable going with. We then awarded them framing/flooring based on an agreed upon quote and sent out a contract agreement. Later, I got a call from their operations manager Michael Minotti who basically said he had no idea where they got their own prices from and they'd have to revisit them to verify they can complete the work based on their own proposals. I said okay and waited about a week with no updates. I then got a call from a guy named Austin who said they were too busy and had to pull their bids. This was after we had made it very clear we were depending on them to uphold their pricing as we had them included in our budget proposal to the client. Bottom line, you can't trust these guys. They flip flopped on their own proposal, will pawn you off to the next guy, and then have zero remorse for the position they've put you in. Not a partner you're going to want to work with.
