  It has been an absolute honor to help two clients go through the process of buying their dream homes at Chesmar Homes at Potrenco Oaks. The homes are gorgeous and the larger lot sizes are perfection. The quality of the home speaks for itself; what makes the building/purchasing process so amazing, though, is the customer service. Isaac Gonzales is the sales rep of all sales reps. He truly has the client’s best interest at heart which is shown through his willingness to work with them, his clear and timely communication and, honestly, his kind demeanor! The construction managers Jose and Devon are both fantastic as well. They are patient and willing to take the time, no matter how busy they are, to ensure clients (and their realtors) understand the process as it unfolds, giving a peace of mind during what can be a stressful process.

  Isaac Gonzales is the Best !!!! He also has the Best Team Thank you Jose and Devin keep up all the Great work !!!!!! So excited to move in and enjoy the New Community !!!!!!!! Also would like to Thank Chesmar Homes for having such beautiful Homes ….

  Darrin (sales manager) and the entire team at Chesmar were wonderful to deal with. We just closed on our house and the entire team went above and beyond. The quality of the home is outstanding and you can tell Wade (project manager) and his team really take pride in their work.
