  I had such a great experience working with Ashley. From the very beginning, she made me feel seen and supported—always attentive, incredibly knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in making sure everything went smoothly. You can tell she really cares about the people she works with and takes a lot of pride in what she does. What stood out most to me was how easy she made the whole process feel. No pressure, no stress—just honest guidance and real help every step of the way. It honestly felt more like working with a friend than a salesperson. I’m so grateful I connected with Ashley, and I’ll definitely be sending my friends, family, and clients her way without a second thought. If you’re looking for someone who truly knows their stuff and leads with heart, Ashley is the one!

  My husband and I had walked into the model home prior to the grand opening. The grand opening was great, we were greeted by several very friendly ladies. Every Chesmar employee or volunteer was very nice, professional and extremely helpful. We have seen and been to many homes and we know Chesmar is the builder we want. Ashley, the Consultant for Alsatian Oaks is the sweetest person we have met. Always helpful and friendly.

  Absolutely Blown Away by the Experience! From the moment I arrived in the neighborhood, I was genuinely impressed—but it was the incredible service from the sales representative, Ashley, that completely elevated my experience to the next level. She was not only knowledgeable and professional but also warm, approachable, and genuinely passionate about what they do. I can’t say enough about her. Ashley took the time to walk me through every detail, answered all of my questions with patience and clarity, and made me feel like a top priority from start to finish. You can tell she care deeply about matching people with the perfect home and making sure they feel supported every step of the way. And the homes… wow. Just stunning. Every home in the neighborhood reflects thoughtful design, high-quality craftsmanship, and a true sense of elegance. From the curb appeal to the interior finishes, each detail felt intentional and beautiful. The layouts are modern yet welcoming, and I could easily envision a wonderful life there. The neighborhood itself is peaceful, well-maintained, and has a welcoming charm that makes you want to move in immediately. I’ve toured many properties before, but this was one of the few times I left feeling genuinely excited and inspired. If you’re even remotely considering a new home or investment in this area, do yourself a favor and visit. Ask for the new wholesale rep—you won’t regret it. They’re a rare gem in this industry and made my experience truly unforgettable. 10/10 — Highly, highly recommended!

  We’re under contract with Chesmar and we have so far been blown away by our experience with Ashley, the builders rep. We were originally looking at Stillwater ranch, but Ashley swayed us to Alsatian Oaks. Our process so far has been nothing short of amazing, it’s been very low-stress, we don’t feel pressured to go insane in the design center. Ashley is very experienced and has been a huge help in not over spending, and genuinely caring about the value of our home. 10000\10 recommend working with Ashley!
