Me and my family had a Truly Exceptional Home Buying Experience with Ashley at Chesmar Homes, Alsatian Oaks! From the moment we stepped into the model home at Alsatian Oaks, we knew we were in good hands. Ashley, our sales rep, was nothing short of phenomenal throughout the entire process. Her knowledge of the community, attention to detail, and genuine passion for helping people find their dream home made all the difference. Ashley took the time to listen to our needs and walked us through every step—from floor plan options to custom finishes—with patience and professionalism. She answered every question with clarity and made us feel completely confident in our decision. You can tell she truly cares about each and every client. The homes at Chesmar in Alsatian Oaks are beautifully designed, energy-efficient, and built with high-quality craftsmanship. You can feel the difference the moment you walk in—open layouts, thoughtful design touches, and a community vibe that already feels like home. If you’re considering a home in Alsatian Oaks, do yourself a favor and ask for Ashley. Her expertise, warmth, and dedication will turn what could be a stressful experience into something exciting and enjoyable. We are beyond happy with our new home and incredibly grateful to Ashley for making it happen! —John

I had an amazing time at the event! Right from the start, the atmosphere was warm and inviting. The hosts went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and even introduced me to a few people they thought I’d enjoy connecting with. The content was insightful, and I really appreciated how approachable and knowledgeable everyone was when it came to answering questions. It was a well-organized and meaningful experience—can’t wait to attend the next one!

I attended the grand opening event. It was amazing. I sat back and watched how attentive Ashley and the Chesmar crew were to everyone that walked in the door. The layout of the home was great and you could see the quality put into the making of the home. It by far exceeds the other home builders in the subdivision in my opinion. Ashley was amazing, and knew her stuff. Answered every question I had and was the utmost professional.
