  The homes of Chesmar are beautiful and the professionalism of the employees, particularly at the Alsatians location, were on point. I made it clear I was simply browsing, but the service I got was as if I was a cash buyer….almost made me want to buy a house right then and there lol. Shout out to the in-home rep. She really made all feel welcome and created such a warm environment.

  I can't say enough great things about my experience - this salesperson is top-notch! From the moment I walked in, they were professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping me find exactly what I needed. No pressure, just honest guidance and incredible service. It's rare to find someone this dedicated and easy to work with. Because of the outstanding service I received, I've already started telling friends and clients about them-and I'll be bringing people by personally. If you're looking for someone who actually delivers on their promises, this is your go-to!

  I had the pleasure of attending the grand opening of Alsatian Oaks, and let me tell you, it was beautifully done from start to finish! As soon as I walked through the doors, I was greeted by four lovely ladies who made me feel right at home. Their warm welcomes set the tone for the entire event. Even though the grand opening attracted a large crowd, it never felt overwhelming. The Chesmar team was incredibly attentive, making sure that every guest felt like they truly mattered. They handed me a folder with detailed information about the community and available floor plans, and were quick to let me know that they were there to answer any questions. The attention to detail was really impressive. One of the highlights for me was the raffle you could enter as soon as you walked in. Such a fun touch! They also had a cotton candy station that was a hit with both kids and adults alike—such a fun, nostalgic treat! And let's not forget the amazing catered food, which was absolutely delicious. Every bite was a delight. I also loved the bubble machine set up outside in the backyard—perfect for the kids to enjoy while running around. Inside, there was a DJ playing great music, keeping the energy high and the vibe just right. For the little ones, there were even coloring books to keep them entertained. What really stood out to me, though, was the team from Chesmar Homes. Every representative I spoke with was not only extremely knowledgeable but also incredibly helpful. They took the time to walk me through everything, giving me valuable insights about the neighborhood and the homes. It was clear that they truly care about the community they’re building here. The Alsatian Oaks neighborhood itself is stunning but honestly, it was the Chesmar team that really sealed the deal for me. They were knowledgeable, personable, and made me feel like I was a priority every step of the way. All in all, the grand opening was an unforgettable experience, and I’m so excited about the possibility of becoming a part of this amazing community. Highly recommend checking it out!

  The grand opening was a standout experience—well-organized, lively, and full of great energy. Every detail felt intentional, and the service was top-notch from start to finish. A special shoutout to Ashley, the sales rep, who truly went above and beyond. She was incredibly attentive, knowledgeable, and made sure everyone felt welcomed and informed. Her professionalism and personality really made a lasting impression. I’ll definitely be back—and I’m looking forward to bringing out some clients soon to share the experience.

  This community is turning out to be very beautiful. In my experience as a realtor, Chesmar does build a superior product. Ashley, the sales rep is very warm and welcoming. I attended the grand opening which was very professional and family friendly at the same time. If you’re interest in the small town charm, Castroville is the place to be. But you are also close to the big city within minutes. I will definitely recommend future home owners to take a trip to Chesmar at Alsatian Oaks and visit with Ashley.
