  James was timely abc professional. He took the time to explain what costs were and what might be if there’s issues once he pulls the toilet. Showed me what went wrong and advised me of his solutions. Great work. Thanks for wearing shoe covers and being tidy as well!!

  We discovered water leaking at the base of two of our toilets, a bathtub filling with water and a shower drain not working in the back of our home. I called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and Cody Lane came out within just a few hours of calling. He ran a scope, cleared some blockage in our main sewer line and discovered an issue with a portion of the sewer line emanating inside our garage, requiring that it be replaced. Everything was quickly scheduled and completed in a very timely manner, including (i) excavation of a hole to access the line, (ii) replacement of the line, (iii) inspection by the City of the work done, and (iv) finally covering up the hole with new concrete where the hole was made. Cody kept us in the loop on a daily basis. His stellar technical skills, calm demeanor, patience and constant updating to communicate next steps helped relieve our anxiety for a problem we never experienced before. In a short time, all the work was completed and we now appear to be "back in business." The entire staff at Benjamin Franklin, including the excavation team they use, the home office and most importantly, Cody, all are as good as it gets when it comes to handling unexpected plumbing issues, and we are so happy they are available. Excellent, prompt and turn key service, indeed!

  Our plumber, Ben (not Franklin) has been out for a couple of different occasions. Always on time, went above & beyond, meticulous attention to detail, professional, courteous, etc. I would 100% without a doubt recommend these guys for plumbing needs.

  Timothy F. From Benjamin Franklin Plumbing did an outstanding job of explaining options and scheduling for installation of a new water heater in my home. The previous heater flooded the house on a Saturday, and by Monday morning a new heater was installed and operational.   Roger helped fix the leak coming from our dishwasher. He was very professional to start with. He explained where the leak was coming from. He gave us options to fix it and helped us choose an economical option to save us money. He also helped us save money by giving us alternatives to replacing our kitchen faucet which was having waterflow issues due to clogging in the head. This will save us $$. Overall, Roger did great and we would continue to prefer him and Benjamin for our plumbing needs.
