  I was very pleased with my service call to Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. My service tech was Arthur. I had a fairly unusual leak in my laundry room. Arthur was patient and professional every step of the way. I will not hesitate to rely on Arthur and Benjamin Franklin plumbing in the future.

  Kasey was the tech that came out and super friendly. Even talked to my dog and 3 year and engaged. He told me the 3 options we had for our bathroom as it wasn’t tied to the main drain line so it was not a simple drain line fix unfortunately. Kasey got the job the cheapest way he could for us which thank goodness because I wouldn’t have been able to afford if he had to go to the roof. He didn’t seem rushed or taking to long. Great timing and customer service from Kasey!

  Ben Adams was my plumber today, and I specifically requested him because he has provided such exceptional service in the past. He has the uncanny ability to remember in detail every single fixture in my house. Today he was able to quickly assess and repair problems with waterflow in two separate bath facilities. The man is a wizard. I continue to rate Ben Franklin as the best plumbers I have ever used in the last 50 years, and that includes seven different houses.

  I had another superb experience with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of Carrollton. Parker arrived at my property within an hour of my initial phone call. He was professional and obviously quite competent. He quickly diagnosed the issue with my sink and promptly fixed the problem. I was very pleased with his service. What’s more, the visit was inexpensive, and I was happy to pay the fee. I’ll definitely be calling Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of Carrollton again if I have any plumbing issues at home!

  Nothing negative or positive to write about my experience. No services rendered. The employee I spoke with to schedule my appointment was inviting and was helpful. ___ Quoted $900 to change out 2 double quarter turn valves, and another $1200 to install a customer supplied r/o and facet. ___ Mike was professional, and provided clear understanding of their services. He was not pushy. ___ I won’t use them in the future because their service costs are outside what I would consider reasonable. Your price range may be different. I can’t recommend them because I did not use their service.
