  My wife and I realized that our house was feeling very warm. Upon further inspection I noticed that the thermostat was saying cool on but the condenser was not doing anything. I tried to mess with the system but I couldn’t fix it. I called grizzle and left a message on their emergency line as we have to little kiddos and with this heat I don’t want them to suffer! Jake was quick to respond to my message, he showed up exactly when he said he would and he had an amazing attitude the whole time! I will never use any other company for my HVAC needs! This was one of the most pleasant experiences I’ve ever had with a company! Thank you so much Jake! You are the best my friend!!

  A HUGE and grateful thank you to Ivan who replaced my AC today!!! Ivan was professional and courteous and went out of his way to explain things to me, advise me to get different air filters for my system, and show me how air flow thru the vents was important to the system... I learned a lot! And I was very comfortable having him in my home, both chatting with him and just going about my day. I'd highly recommend Grizzle and Ivan if you need help with your AC!   Ian, Joshua, Allen, Ivan and Prescott all were very professional and polite during my HVAC installation, which included all new ductwork and vents! My 40 year old house has needed a new unit for years and I was dreading the day it finally quit until Ian came and gave me pricing and financing options which were exactly what I needed and in 2 days I have a fantastic new system and couldn’t be happier with the product and the service-thank you all!!

  Outstanding service! Our AC technician, Gerry Sanchez, was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. He arrived on time, diagnosed the issue quickly, and had our air conditioner running perfectly in no time. It’s refreshing to work with someone who is honest, courteous, and takes pride in their work. I highly recommend them to anyone needing HVAC service. Thank you for a great experience

  Sold us a very expensive unit even though we didn’t need a unit that size. Installation was not done correctly. It ran all the time. They came out 5 or 6 times to correct the problem of running all the time and not cooling half the house and were never successful. We gave up and called another company and they told us the duct work was inadequate. Also drain pain was not installed properly. They fixed this problem but it cost us additional money but now the unit does not run all the time and the whole house is the same temperature. Also, our energy bill has gone down. We addressed this with them and got no response. They had multiple chances to make it right. The bottom line is they did not take care of us.
