First time dealing with Grizzle Heating &Air. It was a very nice experience dealing with their technician, Kris. He was very knowledgeable, respectful, easy going and ready to respond to any questions you may have.

My consultation and estimate were done by Ian in a very professional manor. Ian was there from start to finish and kept contact with me throughout the entire process of getting a new A/C unit and HVAC system upgrade. Prescott, Macklin, and Ivan showed up at my door at 8:30 on my scheduled day of install and absolutely crushed it. All three of these young professionals got right to work, installed everything promptly, and left zero mess. Overall 5 stars for Grizzle's customer service from top to bottom.
