Their service is the best. So dependable and courteous. Dillan Nash went over and beyond trying to fix my problem. He was outstanding in every way. I will always use Elephant Plumbing for all my plumbing needs. Thank you. Debbie Hanks.

Had a water hose blow out under a sink in one of our bathrooms early this morning and couldn’t get ahold of the plumbers I knew to call. Reached out to our realtor and she gave us some options of who to call, so I called Elephant Plumbing. I spoke with Clay on the phone, and he answered quickly (which is refreshing), I told him what was going on and that we couldn’t turn our water back on until the issue was fixed. He had Mr. Dillon at our house in a matter of hours. Clay and Dillon both were very professional, knowledgeable, and great to deal with. Will definitely be using Elephant Plumbing moving forward. Dillon, thank you so much for the great work and excellent communication!!!!

We had our under-slab sewer line replaced, hot water re-routed through the attic, utility room moved, grinder pump installed, hot water heater and two toilets replaced by Elephant Plumbing. Austin was hard-working and professional in his approach to the job. He kept us informed of what was going on and what to expect. He was easy to talk to and took plenty of time to explain details and answer questions. He and the excavating crew were very neat and efficient. We wouldn’t hesitate to call Elephant Plumbing for any future needs.

We used Elephant Plumbing for a slab leak and let’s say we made a mistake! Worst plumbing company and will not recommend to family or friends!

Clay was so helpful and responsive when we purchased a house that needed a water heater replaced. He was professional and did a great job! He also installed our RO system. We highly recommend Clay (and Austin) for your plumbing needs.
