  I had an AMAZING experience with this company! Their electrician, Nick, came by to rewire some outlets in my house and he was spot on! Extremely friendly, we talked each others ears off! He made a point to explain to me what he was doing, and why he was doing it. Highly recommend!

  Christian did a great job replacing the gas valve on my Rinnai tankless water heater. He was professional, knowledgeable, and explained the issue clearly before completing the repair. The work was done efficiently and everything was tested properly afterward to make sure the water heater was working safely.

  I needed both plumbing and HVAC services, so it was awesome to have both under one umbrella! They were able to get me in the very next day, quickly solve the problem, and had the foresight and expertise to recommend a permanent fix so I wouldn’t have to deal with the same issue again down the road. They genuinely care about their customers, and it showed throughout the entire process. Really great experience from start to finish!

  Extremely disappointing experience with Mend Services regarding our tankless water heaters. We originally called Mend because we had very low hot-water pressure. Our existing tankless water heaters were still producing hot water, but the pressure was poor. Mend evaluated the system and recommended replacing both water heaters, telling us that this would solve the problem. We trusted their recommendation and spent more than $10,000 replacing both units. The problem was not fixed. The same low hot-water pressure continued after the replacement. Mend came back multiple times and gave different explanations. At different points we were told about sediment, cartridges, mineral buildup, filtration, flushing, descaling, and water quality. Eventually, Mend acknowledged in writing that filtration and water-softening improvements should have been considered earlier as part of the solution. That is extremely concerning. If those issues should have been considered from the beginning, why were we first advised to spend more than $10,000 replacing two water heaters? Instead of taking responsibility and correcting the original problem, Mend then proposed additional work at additional cost. The pricing also raised serious questions. We previously received a written filtration estimate for $1,289. A later proposal listed $3,000 for two hot-water filters before adding the softener loop and softener system. We repeatedly asked for a clear explanation of the difference and never received a satisfactory answer. The communication has been terrible as well. We have spent months calling, emailing, following up, and waiting for promised responses. Even after the issue was escalated to senior management and we were contacted with an apology and a promise to “make this right,” the follow-up stopped again. After spending more than $10,000, we are still dealing with the same original problem. Based on our experience, I would strongly recommend getting an independent second opinion before approving any expensive repair or replacement recommended by Mend Services. I wish we had done that before replacing both of our water heaters. I would not recommend this company.
