  While I understand that termite treatment is explicitly excluded from the standard DRB Homes warranty, the lack of support following an infestation less than two months after closing has been disappointing. Despite acknowledging the warranty terms, my requests for a professional referral or assistance in negotiating a treatment rate were met with repetitive scripts from the construction and area managers rather than actual solutions. For future buyers, I strongly recommend securing a written agreement prior to closing that requires the builder to cover termite treatment within the first 90 days. Alternatively, ensure you have the home independently treated immediately upon moving in to avoid significant out-of-pocket costs.

  Very happy with my DRB home buying experience. Will was always very responsive to all of my questions and requests. He is very knowledgeable and was so helpful throughout my new build. John, my construction manager, was also amazing. He clearly takes pride in his work in making sure the homeowner is happy with the construction of the home. He took care of any issues I had. My only complaint is that my house was built too fast. LOL!! This was a great experience and I love my DRB home.

  We recently closed on our new home we built in Sunfield by DRB. Wow!! It was an amazing process that went so smoothly. Will was our sales guy but he was more than just that. He treated us like dear friends even family. Always updating us on big and little progress, making sure we were in the know on everything. It really took the stress out of building a house. Was always available when we had questions or concerns. Jake was our construction manager and man he was outstanding! He did a great job keeping everything on track and taking the big and little steps to make sure everything we requested came out perfect. The quality of the home DRB built was truely exceptional. Even the pre-wiring they installed for future ceiling fans was great so made it easy when we had the fans installed. I definitely recommend DRB for building your next home!! Great quality and a great rate. Thank you Will and Jake for making our dreams come true!!

  Edit*Less than 2 months in our home and we have termites. No kind of assistance offered through the builder since it’s in the contract they don’t treat for termites so I highly recommend you get in writing before closing that if you experience termites in x-amount of days they will cover it for you. It’s not a cheap cost to treat. I’ve stated multiple times that I understood and understand it wasn’t covered under warranty and asked for a referral to a pest control company who could help us make a deal for treatment but that was never understood by Jake the construction manager and Samson the area manager they just basically said it’s not covered under warranty. We received a referral to a pest control company we could have googled. Don’t move in to a DRB home until you have your new home treated for termites or written I. The contract that they will cover it for you. We just closed on our home today and have to say Will was such a pleasure to work with. I wouldn’t say we were the most difficult homeowners nor the easiest to deal with but Will was always responsive and tried to get us answers to our questions as soon as possible. We used their lender and that also was a smooth easy process. So far we are happy with our home and our experience. We’re definitely going to continue to recommend our friends to DRB. Thank you Will.
