  This was our first time buying new construction and honestly the whole process was way smoother than I expected. We decided on our house in March and by the end of July it was ready. No major hiccups along the way, which I definitely didn't take for granted. Will Hodgin was our salesperson and he was great, always quick to answer whatever random questions we threw at him throughout the process. Jake Lynch was our construction Project Manager and he was awesome too. He is super thorough, wrote everything down every time we brought up a concern, which made us feel like we were actually being heard and not just brushed off. On top of that, the community itself has been amazing. Sunfield is such a family-friendly place. Who wouldn't enjoy multiple lazy rivers and lots of walking trails. It really feels like they thought about what families actually want when they planned this place out. Overall we're really happy with how everything turned out and glad we made the jump to new construction. Would recommend if you're on the fence about it.

  I had the pleasure of working with Will Hodgin, a salesperson at DRB Homes in Sunfield, Buda. My clients walked into DRB's stunning model with 2-Story living room and they knew that they had found their dream home. They immediately went to contract the same day... and I have to say that Will made the process smooth and easy from contract to closing. Will was always available for questions and did everything that he could to keep my clients happy and updated. The builder was able to complete the home in a very short time-line, the timeline that they'd promised... and my clients were ecstatic! Thanks so much!

  Will in the sales office was fantastic and very communicative throughout our build process. Brightland mortgage was great to work with and made the process smooth for closing. Only issues were some attention to details (caulking peeling off in the first week, crooked door knobs throughout, plaster splattered on tile flooring in bathrooms that had to be scraped off). All things we missed on walk thru just wish the contractors paid more attention to the details and cleanup.

  We had an absolute great experience with will and DRB homes. We were updated throughout the entire process and Will really made us feel so comfortable. Jake, the Senior project manager also made us feel like we made the right decision. He walked us through our home, answered any questions we had and was detail oriented. We LOVE our home and have already recommended a DRB home to some of our friends.

  I have nothing but positive things to speak to with my experience with DRB and our consultant Rose. She has been very responsive, knowledgeable, kind and helpful throughout the entire process by always providing updates and progress photos of the new home. This has been my most positive home buying experience Ive ever had. Thank you Rose and DRB!
