  I have trusted Michael and Hansel with both my personal and customers’ properties. I have seen firsthand many jobs completed by Guaranteed, and the work is flawless. Painting is one skill everyone thinks they have, until they start the project themselves and realize they don’t (speaking for myself here). If you have anything from a single room to an entire exterior to a fence, I can’t recommend Guaranteed Painting enough.

  After an extremely disappointing experience with another painting company that left my home damaged, unfinished, and in terrible condition, I was honestly stressed and unsure if the situation could even be fixed. Thankfully, I found Michael and Hansel with Guaranteed Painting, and they completely turned everything around. From the beginning, they were professional, prompt, respectful, honest, and incredibly detail-oriented. They didn't just paint over problems -- they took the time to properly repair and correct the mess left behind by the previous company. The difference is unbelievable. Abraham and Jose showed up on time each morning, communicated clearly throughout the project, kept the work area clean, and truly cared about the quality of their work. The finished result exceeded my expectations, and my house finally looks beautiful again. If you're looking for a painting company that takes pride in their craftsmanship and genuinely cares about their customers, I highly recommend Guaranteed Painting. I would absolutely hire them again.   Michael, Rolando, Hansel and crew were efficient, responsive, communicative and friendly to work with! They finished early, and were able to upgrade some paint for us at no extra charge. I recommend them over and over again for any paint projects!

  Did a great job on my master bedroom. There was a miscommunication at first about which walls to paint but they fixed it immediately upon noticing and it did not even extend the job timeline. Very communicative and helpful!
