  I have a residential fire system that requires a yearly inspection (backflow test) to be reported to my city. It took me a while to find my previous inspectors - who without warning - cancelled their residential services. Luckily, I received a post card from 1-A. Anyway, the phone calls, scheduling all went as expected. The service was on-time and quick. Everything was professional.
