  First off I have been using the Gate Operator for around 12 months with no issues but a self created issue rose its ugly head. I had a already assembled Gate with Cattle guard, with the cheap old Tractor Supply Red Pipe Gate. I called up Davis Door Service and received a quick quote and response. They showed up, I asked a few questions and Bamm, Gate operator installed with no issues. But now I find myself with the issue I did not protect the Pedestal well enough from my 2200 lb black angus bull. I found the keypad laying on the ground, from some rough loving. Now I am in need of a metal housing to protect these key pads. So here I reminded myself, I need to forward my opinion on Dave Door Service before I request another favor. I am in the need of a metal housing/ cover such as the (ASE Protective Hood for Pedestal | FAS-HOOD). I found on the internet this one example that fits the gate keypad. Wanted to see if Davis Door Service had this or something better to last for more than the next 12 months, LOL. So will update this post once I find out tomorrow when I call to see if i can be that repeat customer that every one wants now adays.

  We had a new large garage door put in (where there was 2 doors) & it looks great! We prepped it per their instructions & all went as planned, I appreciate good communication & showing up when they said they would & getting things done timely & professionally! I would use them again & recommend them too! Heres before & after, we still need to paint our house.

  Davis door Service is not a fly by night business that makes false promises. This team of professionals understands your sense of urgency and provides unmatched customer service. I had the pleasure of working with Mr. Davis (Senior) and I was blown away. I'm a manager at a local commercial business and my 12 foot door would not close. Like any typical manager I tried to work on it myself. I quickly realized that this repair was completely beyond my scope of confidence and I would probably end up hurting myself or making the situation worst. I called Davis Door Service and explained my situation and Mr. Davis himself happened to be in my area. It was after hours and honestly didn't think it would be possible to have someone come out at night. Mr. Davis was in his personal truck and didn't have any tools to work on my door. I quote "I need to stop and get some tools and ill be over to look at it". Mr. Davis went an bought new tools just so he could fix my large bay door. This level of customer service is extremely rare and needs to be recognized. When you call these guys they show up. If you looking for a dependable, honest company that does outstanding work look no further. You can trust these guys to get it done. What Mr. Davis did for me and my company was exceptional. Mr. Davis you have earned a customer for life status in my book. I can't thank you enough.
