  Brigitte answered the phone and was very empathetic and kind. The company had someone come out same day. Ernest came and was super professional. He took time to discuss options, calculate the best option for care and cost, and sat down with us to understand every part of the sale/contract. The company values human interaction over money and I am really pleased so far. I am getting a very good value. I will update my review once they come back!

  Great experience overall from the estimate to the install. Rays install is top notch. Putting in extra care for appearance and function we truly appreciate.

  We called Comfort Boys because we smelled gas in the HVAC unit. Ernie and Mike showed up the VERY NEXT MORNING! found and repaired the leak and saved our lives!!! Also offered a great service contract agreement. Thank you guys!!!
