  Ernest Flores from Comfort boys came to our home for an air-conditioning thermostat problem we were having. He found the problem immediately took pictures and showed us what the problem was. He replaced our filter, cleaned out the drain and emptied the pan which was full of water. He was very professional and did his job promptly and thoroughly. He was definitely knowledgeable on all questions we had regarding our unit and the duct system. We are so very pleased with his excellent customer service and friendliness. We will definitely be using Ernest Flores with Comfort Boys for any of our future air-conditioning needs

  We had Comfort Boys install our HVAC System when we built our house in 2023. We recently had an issue with the AC unit and a part was allegedly ordered 6/23/26. It’s now 7/3/26 we have yet to have any communication with them about the part that was supposed to be ordered l. It should have arrived and been replaced by now. DO NOT use them they don’t answer calls, texts anymore. BBB will be getting a call next week

  Ben and I talked after the first unit was done. The regular mini split. But he did not find me to let me know what he did before he left after the second unit.. He just left. I need a full report on everything he did

  So happy with the service from Comfort Boys!! During the last storm our power had surged few times and the A/C stopped working, but wasn't showing errors. I called Comfort Boys the next day to finally start our account/membership with them because of the good reviews I had been hearing and reading, but this time I actually needed them too! They got me set up, and scheduled a tech same day - later that afternoon, then called me back 10min later to tell me they had a tech in route and would be arriving within 30min! Ray showed up, got right to work, figured everything out pretty quick, then even adjusted some of our settings to help control humidity, and all is GREAT!! VERY happy with our decision choosing Comfort Boys and highly recommend!
