  Christian arrived at my home fully prepared to discuss the pros & cons of my A/C/ Heating problem. We discussed a repair job & installation of New Unit. Christian was informative & helpful, guiding me, but never pushy! There were no hidden costs, etc.. I opted for a New Unit Installation. The A/C/Heating crew arrived promptly at the specified time & went right to work. Our old unit located in the attic was bulky & heavy. Expecting a lot of noise during the extraction & installation of new unit, I was pleasantly surprised at the lack of noise & interruption by crew! They worked diligently & steadily all day into the late afternoon! One of the crew members went above & beyond the installation job. He noticed a leak in the A/C duct. Not only did he repair the leak, he followed the duct all the way to the end. This involved inching himself into an EXtremely NARROW & TIGHT passage way! I gladly give the A/C Crew high praise & kudos! I readily recommend Comfort Boys to anyone needing A/C repairs or New Unit installation!

  This company lies. I filed a complaint with BBB because the unit is not keeping up This year. They state that my roof has been replaced and it black, I need insulation and an upgraded attic fan. We replaced our roof with medium brown shingles and a solar attic fan in 2018, before they installed the unit. The insulation is the same as always. We have had no problems with the unit until this year. They don't want to honor the warranty that they sold me and told me they no longer offer those warranties. Probably because the units are garbage and they know it. Nothing has changed on my end to cause the unit to not keep up this year. Stay away from this company.

  I purchased a new system with Comfort Boys because they included a 10 year replacement warranty with Comfort club membership. I have had no changes or problems until this year. The system no longer keeps up and it gets 2-5 degrees hotter than my setting causing the system to use excess energy and is no longer efficient. They have sent 3 techs out to try and fix the issue and can't find the problem. They are telling me that my dark roof , I need more insulation and my solar fan isn't working. That isn't true. My husband has checked the fan on 2 different evenings and it works fine and the insulation and the roof are the same as when the system was installed. They simply aren't offering my any help other than paying them for services I don't need.
