  Irma (their phone representative) is awful and super inefficient. I've sent her many pictures of broken bathroom tiles that needed replacement but she did not bother to even look at them and kept on asking for more pictures. As a caveat, if you get her on the phone, hang up and call again in the hope of getting someone else.

  Unfortunately, getting the estimate for fence repair took several days and when I did I still needed clarifications. This was surprising since I was very clear I needed a separate breakout covering a shared fence line. Fortunately, I took the extra time to get a second estimate which was estimated & the job completed at approximately 25% of the Ace estimate.
