  Apache Air and Heat to the rescue. Second time calling Apache Air and Heat (unrelated reasons) and both times they were prompt, professional, and capable. Jaxon came out to trouble shoot an AC system fault. He notified me when he was on his way, and immediately got to work troubleshooting the issue. Super friendly and professional.

  Very friendly and professional, methodically went through the test and located the problem right away. Not question as to the exact problem. Was able to discover the part was under warranty. Immediately ordered the part on site. I could be more pleased.

  The staff at Apache AC was great, working around my scheduling challenges to line up Tres H. for the job. He came out, assessed problems with two mini-splits, explained the issues in detail and offered viable remedies. There was no upsell, just a straight up assessment with recommended options and clear, reasonable pricing. Fantastic customer service and pleasant to deal with all around!

  I honestly don’t even know where to begin with this company. About six months ago, they installed a brand-new HVAC system in our brand-new home, and the entire process from start to finish was already a nightmare. Communication was poor, delays were constant, and dealing with them was stressful the entire time. Now, only SIX MONTHS later, in the middle of Texas heat the air conditioner completely stopped working. We called them out, and even though the system is still under warranty, they were going to charged us $100 for the service call. The technician came, looked at the unit, and told us they needed to order parts. That was two and a half weeks ago. Since then, we’ve been calling every single week, and every single week we get the same answer: “The part should arrive this week, we got you on the schedule.” And every week — nothing happens. No repair, no follow-up, no honesty, no urgency. At this point, I honestly want to ask if the parts are being shipped from Mars because I cannot understand how it takes over two weeks to repair a brand-new system that’s supposedly under warranty. What makes this even more concerning is that after reading other reviews, we noticed several people mentioning that they had repeated issues with their systems and had to call this company out multiple times a year for repairs and warranty problems. Unfortunately, based on our experience, it seems like this may be a common pattern rather than a one-time issue. Living in Texas without AC in 100+ degree weather is brutal, and this company clearly does not care once they’ve been paid. Charging customers for warranty service calls and then leaving them without air conditioning for weeks while repeatedly misleading them is completely unacceptable. Extremely disappointed. Would absolutely not recommend!
