  This is typical a great establishment. However Tatiyana that works there is very rude and unprofessional. She openly disrespects her fellow employees. She’s rude to customers. I’ve seen her scream at me Loyd multiple times. She hates disabled people as well. She called my disabled daughter many nasty names. She verbally attacked an employee named Kim as well. I’d recommend just going to a different store for your hardware needs and skipping this higgenbothum location.
