  I had my garage door sensors replaced and installed due cause we had a raccoon ripped off the wires on the sensors. We called the original company that installed our garage but he never showed up or replayed back to our call. I ended up googling someone else to get my garage door sensor fixed. I called this company due cause of the good rating it had on the reviews and stars. Jalen was very professional and explained things very clearly. He even gave us some of his recommendations in what else could be taken care of during his time in feeing our garage door sensors replaced. He laid down the prices for us as well and what was the charge for on the total. Jalen got it all taken care of within like 50 mins or so. Since we only had one garage door issue but he decided to take some time to take a look just to make sure all was intact and not see any other issues that we might not noticed and need some attention. They do accept cash, card and check to pay for the service. Definitely saving their contact information for anything in the feature.

  I would highly recommend Gator Garage Door Repair. We initially had an issue with the scheduled appointment but they made it right with an offered incentive. Paul was very professional and friendly. He also went above and beyond by helping us with our phone App after his normal working hours. They have great customer service!

  They responded quickly, and Joseph the was incredibly friendly and professional. He took his time explaining the quote for the door, called around to find the best match, and made sure I understood everything throughout the process. I highly recommend them!
