  Wes was fantastic from start to finish. He arrived exactly when he said he would, kept me updated before he arrived, and was incredibly professional throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain everything clearly, offered honest recommendations, and never tried to upsell anything we didn’t need. You can tell he genuinely has his customers’ best interests at heart. His pricing was fair, his work was excellent, and his knowledge gave us a lot of confidence in the decisions we made. If you’re looking for a trustworthy, reliable garage door company, I highly recommend Wes and Gator Garage Door. I’ll absolutely be using them again for any future garage door needs.

  Excellent customer service from the initial phone call to schedule an appointment to the service provided. Benjamin did a thirough inmaintenance check-up on my doors. His work was very professional and he provided valuable follow-up information. Highly recommend this company

  The service from Gator Garage Doors was absolutely excellent! What made the experience even better was the technician, Ben. He was incredibly nice, genuinely helpful, and it’s completely obvious that he takes pride in his work and is dedicated to doing an outstanding job. I highly recommend them!

  Benjamin with Gator Garage Door was awesome. He made our non functioning door functional and tuned up both doors so that they operate quietly and smoothly now! When he ran into a thorny electrical issue, he was persistent and skilled in finding an affordable solution. I would definitely recommend Benjamin and Gator for garage door needs!

  The technician who came out was outstanding. He was professional, knowledgeable, thorough, and took the time to explain everything. This review is not a reflection of his work, which was excellent. My issue is with the company’s pricing practices. I was charged over $700 for a garage door spring replacement. The exact same service was recently performed for my brother in downtown Houston for $350, less than half of what I paid. There is simply no reasonable justification for that kind of price difference. This is price gouging. I also did not appreciate learning that the technician’s compensation or tip is tied to receiving a 5-star review. That creates an uncomfortable situation for customers and artificially inflates the company’s ratings. Customers should be able to leave honest feedback without feeling pressured to give a perfect rating in order to support the technician. The technician earned 5 stars. The company’s pricing and review practices did not. I would strongly encourage anyone considering this company to get multiple quotes before agreeing to any work.
