  Thank you gator garage and Micheal for the outstanding job. Micheal arrives on time and soon after he was taking pictures and accessing the situation. Throughout the process, he answered all my questions and presented me a very in-depth report that was clear to understand and read. Furthermore, he presented me with 3 options to replaced my broken and old motor. Basically allowing me to pick the option that fit my budget. Also, I remembered from hearing the commercial about making my garage very quiet (no noise) and he told me about the nylon rollers and the height cycle spring. I choose all the above and 4 hours later my wife love and so did I. Very happy customer. Thank you

  I don’t normally write reviews but I have to give a shout out to Brady! I was working from home when he came and he was incredibly patient with me as I was hopping back and forth between meetings and chatting with him. Usually when people come to the house to fix something they say “should I call your husband and chat with him about this?” When I’m actually fully capable of making decisions. Brady was my first experience with someone coming over and just treating me like the home owner. He walked me through my options, explained everything thoroughly, and answered all my questions. He was incredibly fast and efficient and did an excellent job. Thank you Brady!

  I made the original appointment to have my garage door repaired on Wednesday 8/12 during the 12pm to 6pm timeframe. Around 1pm, I got an automated text saying that they wouldn’t be able to fulfill my appointment that day. There was no explanation as to why. Someone called me a few hours later to reschedule. I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt, and got back on the schedule for Monday 8/16 in the same 12pm to 6pm slot. I rearranged my schedule to ensure that I would be home all day for my repair window. At 6pm, they called me and said the technician wouldn’t arrive at my house until 7pm. At that point, I had lost faith in Gator and asked them to just cancel my appointment. I have since reached out to alternative garage door companies who are hopefully more reliable than Gator is. Not a good look.

  Paul provided excellent communication leading up to appointment. He made a thorough assessment of the doors condition and provided us with the his recommendation and our options. The work was completed in a timely manner with expert craftsmanship and quality.

  Contacted Gator and they were able to get me in same day. Aaron was awesome! He gave me several options to resolve my issue and made a few recommendations that I actually took him up on to help extend the life of my garage door. Aaron was extremely knowledgable and answered all of my questions. My garage door is now super quiet while closing, just like the day we moved in. Request Aaron when you call!!!
